Sea Village 1105: Delightful Oceanfront Condo w/Shared Pool, Spa, & Lanai Views

The location of this condo is great and the ocean view from the lanai breathtaking. We appreciated the availability of the beach chairs, towels and cooler. The condo’s furnishings could use an update but were clean and certainly adequate. For the money paid, this condo is a very good place to stay.

Glad to have beach chairs, an umbrella, towels and cooler available to use. Also, it was great to have a refrigerator with the water filtered and ice.

Condo was comfortable, clean and the view was amazing. The condo is well stocked with everything you need. The property grounds were well maintained. The pool was great. Not too crowded. Plenty of friendly guests too. I would recommend to all.

Clean house, good location. Perhaps a family with small kids stayed in the unit above us....foot steps from the above was a bit annoying.

This was a perfect break from resort stays in Maui and Oahu. It is large with plenty of room for family of five. Lanai and kitchen with open living room are spacious. It was great to have a washer and dryer and kitchen to do laundry and take a break from eating out. The condo was well stocked with basics. It was great they had beach towels and beach chairs. We were excited to use set of snorkel equipment but it was broken which was a bummer. The AC works great and kept the condo cool. Great location to downtown and other restaurants and supermarkets. Sunsets on the lanai were beautiful!

The unit was as described. It was the absolute perfect view for the Kona 4th of July fireworks!The unit was very comfortable with the AF units in each room. What an awesome view from the lanai!!

This was the first time staying at a VRBO and it won’t be the last. They were very communicative and the place was perfect. It was quiet and had all the amenities we needed. Check in and out was seamless. Thank you !

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The view was incredible. The pool was the perfect way to start and end the evening. The unit itself was in a perfect tucked-back location, away from the pool and bbq area. Very quiet. We will definitely be staying here again.

Overall, the property was good- not thrilling but solid. The picture of the patio shows a different table and it also makes the patio look larger then it really is. The view, watching the sunset and the ocean breeze were the winning factors. I felt safe in the complex and the parking was not an issue. Got a little warm in the bedrooms without AC which made it harder for me to sleep.

We stayed at this propeety for only a few nights to visit family in Kona. It was perfect for what we needed. The views were so special and relaxing. We lazed around with the sounds of the waves. The pool was great for my 12 year old and the location was fun for the entire family with shops and restaurants so close. We fished off the rocks and caught a few reef fish. All around a very special time. We hope to come back soon!

We loved everthing about our stay! The view was spectacular. I love the outside space. The little town around us was great to walk and the food was good!

Great oceanfront condo and far enough away from the heavily travelled Ali'i road that we heard only waves crashing and not the cars. Many other properties are right on the road.
