LUXURIOUS OCEANFRONT Maui Condo with Two Bedrooms, Two Baths - AIR CONDITIONED

Great place and location!

Stayed for 3 weeks with my family and had an amazing time. The condo was wonderful and in such a great central location on the island! The oceanfront views on the lanai were stunning from sunrise to sunset. The pool is quite large, so it never felt crowded. The grounds are maintained with lots of space for kids to run around (and even play shuffleboard). The ancient fishing pond that's situated right out front of the condo complex is so interesting and we saw lots of fish and turtles while snorkeling there. The AC and the wi-fi both worked great which made the stay even more enjoyable. My kids loved the humpback whale sanctuary educational center which is right next door to the complex. Would definitely stay here again in this unit in particular. Aloha and Mahalo to the unit owner for a great vacation.

Great place with amazing view. Was a little worried when we first got there that the elevator was across the hall but didn’t hear the at all. Nice beach and pool. Easy check in and out. Agency even called the day after we checked in to see if everything was ok. There was quite a few items no on the amenities like beach towels, kid’s beach toys etc.

We loved our time in 309! The host was so communicative and check in and out was a breeze! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Everything felt so spacious and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. Only feedback would be to replace the sliding patio door—it came off the track literally every time we used it no matter how cafeful. Other than that, no notes! It’s a perfect location and we loved watching the sunsets from our patio or the roof. Would definitely recommend and come back!

We got in late, so it was super dark. When we opened the patio door, all we could hear was ocean waves. What a wonderful welcome to the condo! We had an amazing time. The condo has all of the amenities you could need. Wish we were still there!

Condo was nice. It was older & laundry room was a little janky, but everything worked & the views every morning were amazing. And turtles were on the beach & the reef every day. Condo worked great for our family. Love that every room had their own A/C unit & their own TV. Very centrally located on resort & on the island. Condo was very clean & supplied all we needed for the beach! A side note - if you are going to use the oven, be sure you fan the smoke detector when opening the oven door. The heat from the oven will set it off every time because it is located right above the oven. Check in was horrible. Flight landed after dark. Couldn’t find property management company to pick up keys. Tried calling Property management 8 times & didn’t answer their phone to direct us to where we had to pick up key. Sign was not illuminated like directions instructed. Finally found where we had to go to pick up keys & property management called us back 3 hours later. Not ideal. Would recommend an electronic key pad to gain access to condo. Makes it so much easier for the travelers. Overall, a fun time!

We loved our stay. The location was fantastic; quiet beach, good beach strolling in both directions, and the honu were magical. The place had everything we needed both in the unit and for beach days. We would absolutely stay again. My one request would be to replace the large slider, fixing it has been tried many times according to the reviews and the fixes aren’t working. We were not able to use it at all. We were able to use the small one in the bedroom but not useful for the other couple staying in the second bedroom unless we were awake. We can’t wait to come back.

The view draws you in immediately as you walk in the door! Breathtaking!! Kihei is a wonderful location, and the turtles you see daily and the beach walkability can’t be beat! The main slider was unusable, but the secondary door worked well for us. My only complaints (which obviously weren’t a big deal) are the pool code wasn’t in the unit, the vacuum was broken, and there were too many Knick-knacks around the unit). Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here and would book here again!

Enjoyed staying at this unit as it had everything you needed and then there is the wonderful views. The unit was so clean. Check-in was so easy.

As soon as we walked in, we were swept away by the view out over the water. I gave this VRBO a 5 star rating. However, I do want to mention that the stove top elements on the electric stove are not working the way they should, won’t simmer food until set to at around 6 or 7, which is very high. Also, the dryer doesn’t do a good job of drying towels, clothes, etc. Again, probably in need of replacing. I wouldn’t walk barefoot in condo, as our feet became dirty real fast. One other thing, the beds are hard spring mattresses. Difficult for a person who might be side sleeper. With all that said… very well stocked Kitchen, etc. Perfect area close to many things, and good communication with the owners. Yes, you could Whale watch from balcony. Overall very nice place, despite a few things needing replacement.

The condo was very nice, and the view was beautiful! It had everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better week! We saw sea turtles and whales from our balcony. Thanks for sharing your condo!

We enjoyed are stay at the condo. View was beautiful the condo was well equipped had everything we needed. The beds we're not that comfortable could have better pillows but i understand pillows aren't what they used to be. Would be nice if we had a code lock on the door when you come in late at night last thing you want to do is make a extra stop.

This was our first time staying in this unit, though not the first time in the condo complex itself. We love the setting and location, with its easy access to shopping (groceries, etc.), restaurants and Kahului. The condo’s situation is ideal, facing the ocean, and boasting a lovely private swimming pool, shuffle board area, lovely shoreline and sandy beach excellent for playing, swimming and green turtle watching. The condo unit itself is lovely and comfortable. The lanai, with its 180 degree views of ocean and beach, is the perfect place for enjoying meals or just relaxing. The open plan kitchen/living area, as well as the bedrooms and bathrooms (one being an ensuite) are all tastefully appointed and comfortable. The small laundry room has an excellent washer and dryer. During the day we could leave the street side door open (with screen door closed) and enjoy the breezes drawing from the lanai with its huge glass patio door which we kept open 24/7. We never needed to use the A/C. We spent the whole month of January enjoying this “winter” getaway. We’ll be back next year. The managers and rental company were pleasant, prompt and helpful!

The property is in a great location with a wonderful view. We enjoyed the ease of getting up and down from parking to the actual unit. Both parties staying noted that the bathrooms did not appear clean and the unit could use a more detailed cleaning. When pulling out a nightstand to charge my phone, there was quite a bit of dust and debris. We would stay again at this building, but would look for a unit with better reviews for cleanliness.

Condo was fantastic, had everything we needed. View and location was great. Right next to elevator, but never heard any noise. The beach area never got overcrowded, we did get some pretty good snorkeling in right there. Check in with AA Oceanfront Rentals was so easy and they were so nice. They checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We did speak to the owner, Mike, once and he was great. Thank you for allowing me to give my family an amazing Christmas at your condo!
