Beautiful spot on the lava cliffs over looking the ocean. Even saw a whale!House is lacking in many things! Terrible pillows, shower leaked, no batteries in the TV’s remote, no ice, washing machine broken. So many little things that could have made it better such as salt and pepper, filtered water, etc

We found everything to be in good working order. Our only disappointment was that the kitchen was not very well equipped. We like to cook and found the supply of cookware & dishes/cutlery to be sparse. No dishwasher was a bummer too. A very nice home in a great location but for us the kitchen was lacking. It gave us a good excuse to dine out more often ;-)

We had everything we needed for a great stay. Checking and check out was carefree.

Although the house was very nice with beautiful views, the lack of privacy from the nearby "sister cottage" ruined our stay. The listing states the cottage is on the property, but it doesn't explain the lack of privacy for guests staying in the house. The upstairs patio for the cottage is above the house entrance and during our stay there, guests looked down on us, talked loudly, and smoked much of the time. We even had to close windows on that side of the house because they were so loud and we also had to pull down window shades. We were also awakened at 3:00 AM one night with lights flashing into the house and were scared that they were intruders, only to find out the next day that it was the people in the guesthouse. So although the house is very nice with great views, we wouldn't suggest staying there if you also want privacy. We also tried to change our reservations about a month before our stay to shorten it for one day, but the management company wouldn't make the adjustment and we ended up leaving a day early but still had to pay for the extra day. So just beware that no price adjustments will be made if your plans change.

Arrived at the beautiful location. The house was clean and we automatically opened the windows and took in the view. Hearing the ocean crash against the rocks. I even spotted a spinner dolphin the next morning. I agree with the other guests that I wish one of the rooms had a bigger bed but it didn't effect our stay at all.

We fell asleep to the sounds of waves crashing along the cliffs and to the dulcet tones of the coqui frog. We woke up to stunning sunrises, frequent dolphin pods, and lots of turtles. It was easy to explore the island from here.

Lives up to description and pictures. Everything you could need in the house including beach towels, chairs, and snorkeling gear. Very clean and the beds are really comfortable. If I had one unfulfilled wish, it would be a king size bed. Impossible to share a queen with my 6.5 foot tall hubby. But we each took a bedroom and our adult daughter was more than happy with the queen size pullout downstairs and her own bathroom. The location is very private and somewhat remote to various eating venues. But the breathtaking view made the remote location worth it. We loved everything about this vacation home and wished we could have stayed longer.
