Cozy and Modern Style Studio with King Size Bed Free Laundry in HPP

This place is awesome!!! Holly was so sweet and kind. Great location only 45 minutes to the National Park. Very clean and secure!! We would definitely go back.

We stayed in this apartment for three days and really enjoyed it. The place is modern, clean, and very spacious. The host was easy to communicate with and super friendly. We had a great time staying here and would definitely recommend it.

Very nice accommodations. Easy check in and check out. The washer and dryer was a nice bonus. Baseboards and blinds needed dusting, but other than that everything was nice.

We stayed one night and couldn’t be happier with the room and location. The property was exactly as described. Communication and check-in with the host was fast and efficient. I needed to go to the ER early the next morning and the host confirmed that we found the right hospital and not an immediate care or children’s hospital. We would’ve been happy to stay longer and enjoy the other amenities but it just didn’t work this time. We will definitely look for this room next time when we are back in Hilo.

The space was as advertised, clean, modern and comfortable. No AC but with windows open and fans sleeping was no problem. A bit of a drive from downtown Hilo but a convenient overnight for heading to the volcano.

Spacious for a studio and new. Ideal for economy car to get in and out of driveway, and great communication. Close to east lava beach for fantastic views.

Location is at the beginning of HPP. The rental studio is very clean. Perfect size for 2 people. The small kitchenette was perfect. We were able to keep our bottle beverages cold, ready to grab n go. No issues and Holly made our check-in/out so easy. We had accidentally locked the keys in the unit which she remedied for us immediately. Definitely will stay here again! .

Hollys place was gated and very secure. Easy checkin. Very comfortable king bed and she had everything we needed to grill out on her patio. Lovely place and grrat host. We highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay in Hilo at this location. The host was communicative and friendly, the place was very clean and suited what we were looking for. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Hilo and surrounding areas for a few days. This is in a residential neighborhood. Volcano natonal park is 30 min away, so are some decent restaurants.

The place was great. Very clean and very new. The location isn’t very close to any shops so it’s a bit of a drive if you need anything, but still only 15 minutes from Hilo. Holly was a very nice and helpful host. The only downfall is that the kitchen doesn’t have a stove for cooking. It could really benefit from a portable stovetop to allow home-cooked meals. But other than that, it was lovely!

Perfect stay in Kea’au for a couple or solo traveler. Holly is a gracious, accommodating host. The room is comfortable, safe, and surprisingly spacious. I’ve already booked a return visit! Highly recommend.

All was great host was friendly helpful and told us of the area and places to go on the map. We sat and talked like people that had known each other for years. We had to leave one day early and she said if we ever came back she would credit us 2 days. All was perfect

Stayed in Hilo for a night and this was a perfect little place for my husband and I.

check in and check out was easy peasy. Holly came to greet us upon arrival. She’s super friendly and very welcoming. Our stay here was a short one but it was perfect. Everything was as stated on listing. We will definitely consider staying here again.

This was a great stay for us. It was a bit dusty in higher places like on top of the shower curtain rod but other than that it was very very clean. We felt welcomed as Holly met us to give us the keys. The property has a locking gate, motion sensors, and the room has plenty of sunlight. The vehicle was safely on our side of the locked gate so we felt comfortable leaving items in our car. We did flip the breaker and Holly remedied the situation very quickly. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I could recommend is it would be nice to have hot pads to pull hot items from the microwave.

We wanted to stay someone on east side and this place we cleaner then some hotels we’ve stayed at. The host was friendly and very accommodating. The pros: Very clean and the shower had very hot water. Had general necessity like fridge, microwave, etc. location was great to get up early to see the sunrise at paradise cliffs. Minor cons: Didn’t have an air condition, so we kept the windows open (cooled off later in the evening), but since the road was gravel we could hear cars drive by.

This was a perfect spot for two couples. We rented both of the units on this property and were able to have our meals together in the bigger unit. Very nice accommodations. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay and Holly was wonderful to work with. It was conveniently located for the areas we wanted to visit. We slept well and felt at home staying here. It’s located in a very suburban area so traffic was a little hectic during morning and evening commutes- depending on the direction you are traveling.

Host, Holly was very friendly. Home is perfect for 1-2 people, very clean. My only issues were how warm it was inside the home. An A/C or wall unit is definitely a must; even with a ceiling fan & oscillating fan, it was just still too warm and that I had originally planned to prepare meals onsite, however only microwave, no stove or oven.

This property was very nice and very new. The property owner let us know everything we needed to know ahead of time. We were given our own Key and Fence gate remote right on time, and she was very pleasant. The owners did live on the property (attached with separate entrance), but even then it was very hands off unless we needed them for something. The one part that was shared was the laundry, which was located in the garage, which they gave us a code for. The place itself is very clean and modern, very nice bathroom and closet space. Full Fridge, Microwave and toaster for quick easy meals. Comfortable seating and bed. The full property has a metal fencing with a powered gate for safety and privacy and it is about 10 minute drive away from the nearest shopping/dining area. It is a new development so the road is not paved, but the property is only 2 houses into the road, so you do not drive that for very long. The road signs were a little blocked by trees so the street could be easy to miss, but the streets are mostly numbered so you would know if you missed it very quickly. I even accidentally left an item at the property and the owner was nice enough to mail back to me. All in all, everything worked very well. Nice easy stay.

The room was beautiful and very clean. The owner greeted me on arrival and offered to help bring my stuff in. It was only minutes from shopping and restaurants. Definitely would recommend!

The property was a great space for 2 people. No AC but everything else was fantastic and the condition of the home is in great shape

It was an okay experience. The room was clean and tidy however, we killed almost 30 cockroaches in our nine night stay and it was pretty scary doing so, since it was the very first time I’ve ever seen a cockroach. The host called an exterminator and even after the exterminator came we still killed four more roaches. My fiancé and I also have bites on our legs that look like bed bug bites. I’m just very surprised because when we checked in the room everything looked perfect at first.
