Aloha Suite Near the Sea I, 3 Block Walk to Beach! Great Location!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The location was amazing. We were within walking distance of the beach and everything else we needed. The room was very clean and even came with some essentials like sunscreen and beach towels. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great! The host was very kind and easy to communicate with.

Cute studio with extremely comfortable bed and soft towels. Great location with easy beach access and great dining options nearby. On a major bus route, too, for easy travel as well as Uber/Lyft.

Parking would be difficult at times with very limited parking that was the worst part but everything else was good with location and cleanliness

The location was wonderful, not far from the beach and delicious eateries and great coffee shops close by.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous location! Close to literally everything- BEACH, food, shopping & night life. Unit was clean, safe, quiet, & included many extra unexpected amenities. Peter & Chelsea were wonderfully attentive, informative and accommodating hosts. Felt like we rented from friends. Also very affordable. We definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this unit in Waikiki. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The check-in process was very smooth, and the host was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. He quickly and sincerely responded to all of our questions, which we really appreciated. He also kindly arranged an early check-in for us after a long trip. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our needs. Everything worked as expected, and we felt safe and relaxed during our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to others. Mahalo!

Great location near the beach, shops and restaurants and its on the bus routes so getting around is super easy. We didnt rent a car until the day we left and used it to see the rest of the island. There are beach chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards on the lanai but we didn't use them. Nice place to stay. Thanks again.

Everything was great!

Great location in the east end of Waikiki with very close access to the beach and tons of dining options amongst restaurants and many food trucks. Condo was very clean with a very comfortable bed. Check in and check out process with Peter was very smooth. Would stay here again if in Hawaii.

Property was exactly as described. Excellent location. Parking situation worked well. Apartment itself was exactly what we were looking for. A nice clean place to base out of while we explored the island. Good amenities, kitchen was very usable. Some reviewers have complained about the age of the building, it might be a little older but I don't think it is run down. It is a nice shape and staffed at the front desk. We wanted a nice place close to the beach, with a kitchenette, and a good price. This met all of those. Will recommend this property to my friends

The room was very clesn and the building was safe. For being right in downtown Waikiki it was very quiet inside. Easy walking distance to the beach, shopping, and bus routes.

Peter, the property manager, was excellent at sending ahead of time detailed instructions for check-in and check/out. And when I thought I’d left something in the suite, he came over and let me in to see if it was there. Much appreciated!

It was a perfect spot for my quick stay. Super close to the beach and across from some great little food trucks! The spot has everything you could need for a little getaway. Highly recommend!

Parking did not have a Designated space and at night there was no space in the parking lots. And it was an additional 30 a night for parking. Very chaotic and time consuming and Host would name other locations but no addresses.

This studio apartment was perfect for my husband and I! Peter was easy to communicate with and the apartment had all the things we needed! I highly recommend!! The location was perfect in downtown Waikiki!

Overall our stay was good! Our issue was sidewalk in front of our entrance was torn up & blocked off so we either had to walk along side facing traffic or walk the opposite direction & crossover.

This studio apartment has a modern, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with lots of storage space, a TV, fast and free Wi-Fi, and a comfortable queen bed. A wonderful location, less than 5 minutes walk to Kuhio Beach, 10 minutes to the International Marketplace for groceries and shopping, 15 minute walk to the Waikiki Aquarium. Many good eateries very close by. Public bus stop near the building. Thoughtful extras include two foldable beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards. Peter was excellent at communicating with us before and during our stay and attentive to details. Check in and check out went very smoothly. Bike shop in building will store luggage for a small fee; very helpful when taking a later flight. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed 2 nights to see my daughter. Lots of time at beach and in the water. Great place to stay. Would stay here again.

Close to beach, Zoo and International Market. Also close to HUI hourly car rental next to Target 1block away. Lots of food places all around property. Perfect for 2 people.

Great place to stay! Located just a very short distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping in Waikiki. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything that we needed during our stay. It was clean and everything worked as expected. Peter was great at communicating and even let us know that our rental was available a little earlier than expected on our arrival day. I would definitely stay here again!

Just as advertised. Perfect size for me. Very clean. Bottles of water and a small bag of famous Amos cookies and some peppermints were waiting for me when I arrived. The bathroom is really large. Lots of drawers and nice long countertop. Nice size closet for hanging clothes. Full size containers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Plenty of towels. Very well stocked. Wifi worked well. The TV worked well and had more channels to choose from than most hotels I've stayed at recently. The Very short walk to the beach and lots of shopping choices nearby. Great poke restaurant on the end of the block past the rental shop. It always has long lines. This was a wonderful place to relax and get away from the crowds. Very peaceful. Peter was very helpful with any questions I had. I highly recommend.

The apartment was very comfortable, It was very close to Waikiki Beach and several shops and restaurants.Variety of food choices in the area. I opted for hearty inexpensive which was plentiful tea I was able to take leftovers "home". for another meal which made it very affordable. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Nice little unit that perfectly fit our needs for a place to stay near Waikiki on New Year's Eve. Check in was seamless. The outside of the building and lobby are dated but the unit is very nicely appointed. Bathroom is huge. Everything was spotless. Parking was tight and sometimes limited, but that's to be expected in a busy urban location. It's that location for the price that really makes this unit. It's in the middle of great restaurants and shopping and only a very short walk to the beach. I'd rent it again if I'm back in Honolulu.

I stayed for two nights. The apartment was stocked with everything needed and was well maintained. The air conditioner worked well, and check-in was an easy process and went exactly as expected. Parking was tight, but that’s to be expected downtown and many options were given.

Our room was very clean. Owner was cery easy to get on touch with because of wifi issue but he fixed immediately and he checked to make sure it was resolved.

We had a great experience! It is a small but cozy studio apartment with a kitchenette and an awesome check-in process. I also really enjoyed the fact we could lock up our valuables in the room and then hit the beach without having to worry about our stuff while swimming. They had a clean space, plenty of towels, and were very responsive when we had a minor issue and corrected it right away. We definitely recommend!

I really liked that the Host was great at communicating with us anytime I sent him a message.

Cute little studio with a great sized bathroom/wardrobe. Very clean, not much noise from neighbors. Easy access once you know how. Needs an electric jug

It is a small studio located walking distance to the beach, restaurants/food trucks and near bus stops for local transportation. The building is outdated but the studio is clean and decently maintained. I appreciated all of the beach gear such as the towels, chairs, and umbrella. I would recommend this location for short 3-4 day stays.
