Peter, the property manager, was excellent at sending ahead of time detailed instructions for check-in and check/out. And when I thought I’d left something in the suite, he came over and let me in to see if it was there. Much appreciated!

It was a perfect spot for my quick stay. Super close to the beach and across from some great little food trucks! The spot has everything you could need for a little getaway. Highly recommend!

Parking did not have a Designated space and at night there was no space in the parking lots. And it was an additional 30 a night for parking. Very chaotic and time consuming and Host would name other locations but no addresses.

This studio apartment was perfect for my husband and I! Peter was easy to communicate with and the apartment had all the things we needed! I highly recommend!! The location was perfect in downtown Waikiki!

Overall our stay was good! Our issue was sidewalk in front of our entrance was torn up & blocked off so we either had to walk along side facing traffic or walk the opposite direction & crossover.

This studio apartment has a modern, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with lots of storage space, a TV, fast and free Wi-Fi, and a comfortable queen bed. A wonderful location, less than 5 minutes walk to Kuhio Beach, 10 minutes to the International Marketplace for groceries and shopping, 15 minute walk to the Waikiki Aquarium. Many good eateries very close by. Public bus stop near the building. Thoughtful extras include two foldable beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards. Peter was excellent at communicating with us before and during our stay and attentive to details. Check in and check out went very smoothly. Bike shop in building will store luggage for a small fee; very helpful when taking a later flight. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed 2 nights to see my daughter. Lots of time at beach and in the water. Great place to stay. Would stay here again.

Close to beach, Zoo and International Market. Also close to HUI hourly car rental next to Target 1block away. Lots of food places all around property. Perfect for 2 people.

Great place to stay! Located just a very short distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping in Waikiki. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything that we needed during our stay. It was clean and everything worked as expected. Peter was great at communicating and even let us know that our rental was available a little earlier than expected on our arrival day. I would definitely stay here again!

Just as advertised. Perfect size for me. Very clean. Bottles of water and a small bag of famous Amos cookies and some peppermints were waiting for me when I arrived. The bathroom is really large. Lots of drawers and nice long countertop. Nice size closet for hanging clothes. Full size containers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Plenty of towels. Very well stocked. Wifi worked well. The TV worked well and had more channels to choose from than most hotels I've stayed at recently. The Very short walk to the beach and lots of shopping choices nearby. Great poke restaurant on the end of the block past the rental shop. It always has long lines. This was a wonderful place to relax and get away from the crowds. Very peaceful. Peter was very helpful with any questions I had. I highly recommend.

The apartment was very comfortable, It was very close to Waikiki Beach and several shops and restaurants.Variety of food choices in the area. I opted for hearty inexpensive which was plentiful tea I was able to take leftovers "home". for another meal which made it very affordable. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Nice little unit that perfectly fit our needs for a place to stay near Waikiki on New Year's Eve. Check in was seamless. The outside of the building and lobby are dated but the unit is very nicely appointed. Bathroom is huge. Everything was spotless. Parking was tight and sometimes limited, but that's to be expected in a busy urban location. It's that location for the price that really makes this unit. It's in the middle of great restaurants and shopping and only a very short walk to the beach. I'd rent it again if I'm back in Honolulu.

Busy area - wasn't quite expecting that but access to the food trucks was pretty cool. Parking is a tough, should have just taxied to the tower then Ubered around

I stayed for two nights. The apartment was stocked with everything needed and was well maintained. The air conditioner worked well, and check-in was an easy process and went exactly as expected. Parking was tight, but that’s to be expected downtown and many options were given.

Our room was very clean. Owner was cery easy to get on touch with because of wifi issue but he fixed immediately and he checked to make sure it was resolved.

We had a great experience! It is a small but cozy studio apartment with a kitchenette and an awesome check-in process. I also really enjoyed the fact we could lock up our valuables in the room and then hit the beach without having to worry about our stuff while swimming. They had a clean space, plenty of towels, and were very responsive when we had a minor issue and corrected it right away. We definitely recommend!

I really liked that the Host was great at communicating with us anytime I sent him a message.

It is a small studio located walking distance to the beach, restaurants/food trucks and near bus stops for local transportation. The building is outdated but the studio is clean and decently maintained. I appreciated all of the beach gear such as the towels, chairs, and umbrella. I would recommend this location for short 3-4 day stays.

I didn't like the tightness of the underground parking. Also, the garage floor was flooded after rainfall.

This stay was in a great location, even closer to the beach than I pictured! Perfect for people renting a car (the parking garage underneath has windows with lots of spots). If you are concerned about parking - early morning and late night (after 8 pm) are best times to get zoo parking. During the day we had luck with the garage right underneath this unit. Peter was very helpful, check in and checkout were a breeze. A great deal compared to some of the pricier hotels surrounding!

Nice clean room, water off one day but not host problem. Nice safe entry with security present. Secure elevator and room. Room very clean and everything we needed to make our stay wonderful.

We had a great stay at Peter’s property in Kuhio Tower. The unit has proximity to the beach, shopping, restaurants and shuttle pick ups to area attractions. The unit has everything you need for the beach-towels, boards and chairs. The basic kitchen area was very adequate for our needs. Peter stayed in contact with us and was quick to answer any questions we had. We recommend this place and would stay again if we returned to Oahu.

Peter was an amazing host throughout our entire stay, was available at anytime if needed. The room has everything you need and more. I enjoyed the location of the property because it was close to everything. Parking available too within reasonable distance if you don’t want to park on the property. Overall it was an outstanding experience and I would definitely recommend to friends and family. I also look forward to choosing there property again. Mahalo!!

This property is as perfect for what we were needing for our trip to Oahu. Like the other reviews it’s very quiet inside the room. The A/C worked very nicely in keeping our room cool for sleeping. Of course it’s Hawaii and there’s no point in hanging out around during the day unless you’re sleeping in which is likely because the bed was comfortable. The fridge and microwave are awesome add ins and nicely sized. We didn’t need to cook top. Bathroom was roomy for two. The shower was warm right from the start. Good pressure too. Lots of things to do in immediate vicinity, There’s an ABC store a hundred yards away and they have most anything you’ll need. We liked our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return should the chance come up again for a stay in Oahu. You can’t go wrong by staying here.

The host was very communicative and clear about instructions of how to get in. The place was very tidy and comfortable. The kitchen is full equipped if you’re going to cook your breakfast/ meals. I fully recommended this place
