Hale Kona Kai 312 - Absolute Oceanfront Condo with wraparound lanai

Very clean apartment, so convenient that you can walk to stores and restaurants. Wonderful wrap around view.

I cannot say enough to accurately reflect how much we enjoyed our stay. We were fortunate to enjoy 12 glorious days watching stunning sunrises and sunsets from the well appointed lanai that overlooked the ocean. Traci and team ensured that we had everything to make our stay memorable. The kitchen is well-appointed with a great assortment of dishes and cookware. We had plenty of staples - paper towels, tissue, soap, etc. The AC worked great but we didn't use it much instead preferring the ocean breeze. We love the convenience of the location so close to restaurants and shops. This our third stay at this complex and I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Very clean, well furnished beautiful unit. I wish there had been a small table at which to eat inside the condo (rather than having to sit on a stool at the counter with your back to the view) Loved being there.

The view, every morning, afternoon and evening (including an incredible sunset everyday!) made our stay very memorable. The apartment is very confortable, very clean, and beautifully decorated. Kitchen is fully equipped and cabinet filled with essentials (S&P, oil, spices etc) to prepare your next meal with a beautiful ocean view. Perfect for our getaway and conveniently located near great restaurants and stores… we already miss the sound of the waves but we will be back one day!

If you are looking for a true "oceanfront" condo with a wrap around Lanai, that has a full kitchen, separate bedroom, walk-in shower, and everything you would need to enjoy your stay... this is it! The waves crash DIRECTLY below your Lanai!! Full 180 degree panoramic views from the Southern coastline to the Pier.... There is none better! Thank you Dan And Valerie, we will be back! Condo had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nice, 270 deg. view with nice sunsets. Needs an updated entry into the condo. Elevator and laundry on the floor was a great plus. Compound a little dated.

We were so impressed with this lovely condo. The view is probably the best on the island and location is within walking distance from town and many restaurants and attractions. We did have a little trouble when checking in, as the lock box with the key was corroded and it took a little time to open it. We tried to reach out to the property manager with a couple of questions and concerns and we were told that someone would be getting back to us but no one ever did. No big deal really and we had a wonderful time. I would certainly recommend this condo to anyone going to Kailua Kona!

Loved the view. We had two whale sightings during our stay while enjoying morning coffee on the lanai. Room came with all the amenities. One thing we would have liked is a washer/drier in the room, rather than down the hall. Close proximity to Kona shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful view; we saw lots of wildlife, cruise ships, and surfers. Kitchen is well appointed with cookware and utensils. Linens were nice. Unit was very clean and neat when we arrived. (Carpet could use a good cleaning.) It would have been nice if the shade worked on the lanai. It can be a bit noisy when the surf is high, but you sure can't beat the view.

Beautiful ocean view with waves, whales and yellow tang viewed from the property. We loved our time here and looking forward to another stay.

We enjoyed an excellent time at the condo. We enjoyed the lanai, the living room. The set up was excellent. The kitchen was very well appointed for cooking. A great set up for enjoying all of the island.

Only a couple of things weren't the best, 1) elevator was a little quirky. Sometimes it would get stuck, not a big deal but my wife was in a wheelchair during our visit. The furniture in the unit is the most uncomfortable that they could have found ( but at least this time they had a recliner :) ) The dishwasher is not very good ( could have been operator error, HAHA) Everything else was wonderful Mahalo

Clean property, private lanai, assigned parking - great location! We had a wonderful stay, fully furnished for our needs, walking distance to Kona Town.
