Air conditioning, WiFi, a kitchen, and a private washer and dryer are here for the everyday pieces of family travel. End the day with dinner from the shared grills and a full day of Maui already behind you.
The Space:
This 613-square-foot condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two beds for up to four guests. The interior includes an ocean view, air conditioning, WiFi, a kitchen, and a private washer and dryer. Two bathrooms make the pre-dinner shuffle easier, while the kitchen gives families a comfortable place for breakfast before heading to Sugar Beach.
Guest Access:
Guests at Sugar Beach Resort enjoy access to the shared communal pool, hot tub, and BBQ grills right along the shore in Kihei. The building offers an elevator, disabled parking spot, and accessible-height features for easy access. Beach access and landscaped grounds with a garden round out the on-site amenities.
The Neighborhood:
Sugar Beach Resort gives a family the rare luxury of having a long beach right by the property. North Kihei's Sugar Beach has wide white sand for building in the shade, walking the shoreline, or making a casual swim part of the morning. The shared pool, hot tub, and grill area make the resort feel useful even on a day when you do not go far. Kihei's shops and dining add options nearby, but the oceanfront resort setting makes a slow beach day wonderfully easy.
Getting Around:
Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.

Great view and very comfortable
This was the best condo experience I have ever had visiting Maui! The accommodation's were spacious and clean with great views and equipped with everything you need and more! I would highly recommend!

Beautiful area, and lovely, well-appointed suite. As we were moving from PH26, we had groceries and arrangements were made to enable us to put them in the unit when we were checking out of PH26. But our request for a late check-out ran int a bureaucratic nightmare. Despite receiving an email that late check-out was available, we never were able to arrange it. A bad end to a good stay!
The condo was lovely. We enjoyed the beach access, the pool was also great. The resort is centrally located with easy access to everything. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable (we would have loved some extra actual blankets, not comforters) and the price was great! I would reccomend.
This was an outstanding property that was exactly like depicted.
The location, the property, the condo -- it all makes for an incredibly wonderful vacation!
Once we found the elevator and figured out the A/C, the accommodations were fantastic. Ocean front, huge deck all the kitchen amenities. Exceptional value for what we got. The location was perfect. Lots of shopping and restaurants to choose from.
This condo is absolute perfection!!The views are incredible. The furniture is so comfortable, from the lanai to the bedrooms. The location of the condo to the elevator, pool and beach is very convenient. I want to stay in this condo every time!
The condo was clean when we arrived and had plenty of amenities. All of the people were very nice and friendly. The view was beautiful and sitting on the porch listen to the ocean at night was a delight. We had a lot of fun and didn’t want to leave.
