This is a lovely property in a nice location, with good amenities. The home is well appointed with lots of beach “toys”, snorkels, masks, boogie boards, flippers etc., kitchen is well stocked, there are lots of towels, in house laundry and everything you’ll need for a toddler, high chair, playpen with mattress and car seats as well. There are three bedrooms with comfortable beds and three full bathrooms as well. The cleaners could stand to move some furniture to vacuum (which is a pet peeve of mine at most rentals), so this property is not alone in that regard. You will need to drive or Uber to get groceries as well as to find beaches that are appropriate for toddlers and young children unless you are strictly going to use the pools, which are lovely. If you’re out and about, ensure you’re back home by 3:30 or after 6:00, or you’ll likely get stuck in traffic, which can be a bit of a nightmare with hungry, wet, hot kids and adults. Irene the homeowner was a gem to work with and I would highly recommend this home.
This is the perfect place, Quiet, Great View of the Ocean, Within easy walking distance of Alii Drive water front and Business's, Every Thing we needed was there, This was our 15th year of renting in the Kona area and this was the BEST PLACE to DATE. and you could not ask for a better host. This is an absolutely amazing condo with an awesome view. The whole complex is very well looked after. It is only a short walk to Kona to the many restaurants and shops. The condo is equipped with everything you can imagine! Irene was very easy and pleasant to work with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! We absolutely had an awesome holiday! Mahalo!!!
This is truly the best condo we have had the opportunity to stay at. So spacious and stocked with absolutely everything you can think of. The deck is big, private and a fabulous outdoor living area that we used a lot. It was quiet and a nice walk to downtown. Can't beat the view from the upper deck also!! We would definitely stay here in a heartbeat. Tks so much.
