Condo is spacious, functional, cozy and bright. It offers ocean views including a great view of the Rainbow Tower. It comes fully equipped with a complete kitchen (Dishwasher too), one full-size beds, a nice couch in the living room, strong and reliable Wi-Fi, TV service.Washer/Dryer not inside the unit but coin-operated laundry is available on 7th floor.7th floor/Amenity area: Pool, BBQ, and fitness center.Reserved parking spot is definitely a big plus. Stall is large and located near an elevator.Building is very safe and clean. Great security team and a friendly staff. Excellent location with easy access to the beach and nearby shopping and restaurants (International Market Place, Target, Waikiki Market, Marugame Udon etc.).Arshavir is very professional, responsive and friendly. He takes great care of his unit and his renters.I would definitely stay at his condo again and I would recommend it.
