Summer Reduced! Gorgeous Ocean and Pool View Villa O503!

The unit had great views and convenient access to the pool and beach, which we enjoyed. Beach items were included, although there was no wagon to help transport them. Not a big issue, but it would have made beach trips a bit easier.Communication from the management company was limited. After booking, I did not receive any messages through VRBO or email, even after reaching out shortly after reserving. I followed up a few days before arrival and was told an email had been sent, but the lack of communication beforehand was confusing and created some uncertainty.The unit was not as clean as expected, and the kitchen was minimally stocked. The pans were worn, cooking utensils were sparse, and there were very few seasonings, including no salt, which made cooking meals frustrating. The location and views were a highlight, but improvements to communication, cleanliness, and kitchen supplies would make this a much better stay.

Lovely condo with all the amenities you could wish for! Great view and location overlooking the quiet pool and a few steps from the beach. It was also really nice to be able to walk to restaurants and other nearby resorts. Host Shane was also very helpful as were the front desk staff. Highly recommend!

This resort never fails! The property is beautiful; staff is pleasant and helpful. All the amenities to make a vacation go smooth. We had a couple hiccups with the keycards and staff took care of it right away. The condo is exactly like the picture. 10/10 would recommend. The host was responsive anytime we had a question.

The unit was nicely appointed and kitchen stocked with needed cooling items. The deck box had various items for beach fun.

We were very happy with our 2 bedroom condo which we stayed in with our 2 adult children. The kitchen was large and clean and the patio was very enjoyable with a view of the pool and beach. The condo provided chairs for us to use to bring to the beach and there were even snorkles that we could use. My family members enjoyed using the gym as well. Shane took great care of us and met us to bring us to the condo. We needed batteries for one of the remotes which he provided. Thank you!!

They provided us a pack and play, beach towels, and beach toys. The location is very convenient with the beach just steps away from the resort. We brought our wagon in anticipation of a long walk to and from the beach, but we probably could have just carried our stuff down without it. There were water refilling stations around the resort which was nice.

Its a beautiful hotel & resort with with stunning beaches right outside the premises. We also experience first class customer service, as we experienced a flight cancellation causing rescheduling issues. Shane and Kimberly were very understanding, reasonable and helpful. Probably the nicest VRBO that we have stayed in. Beds comfortable. Nice amenities. Great spot for a beach day or to start you island adventure.

The fridge freezer was leaking water onto the floor. We called maintenance, they came to fix it and a couple days later we noticed the freezer had stopped working and we lost all the frozen food we had in the freezer. Only the bottom part of the dishwasher was working ( there was a sign on the top part saying it was being repaired) The bottom did not clean the dishes properly and most dishes had to be recleaned after they came out of the dishwasher. The tv in the bedroom did not work. You need your own streaming subscriptions to watch tv in this suite. I don't have those. Very limited live tv. No sports. The stovetop is slow to heat to cook food. (Very poor quality). Generally I was very disappointed with the suite given the money we paid to rent it. The suite is generally in poor condition. Renting it in this condition is simply taking advantage of people. Won't rent at this place again given my experience this time.

Our only complaint is that we wished for some smaller dinner plates that would fit in the dishwasher as the large ones do not. A very small complaint compared to the wonderful time we had!
