The space
This newly renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom Ohana, blends modern sophistication and tropical charm with an epitome of Hawaiian living. With expansive ocean views from all rooms, this island contemporary design boasts impeccable craftsmanship throughout. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the indoor and outdoor living spaces, with 40 feet of custom pocketing doors that disappear into the walls, revealing breathtaking ocean views and lush tropical landscaping.

Retreat to one of the two spacious Ohana bedrooms, each adorned with corner disappearing doors that open to your private outdoor oasis. These two master-bedrooms have king size beds, corner pocketing doors connecting the outdoor lanais, private bathrooms, outdoor showers, and outdoor bathtubs.

Amenities include a gourmet kitchen with Wolfe range, Miele Dishwasher, and Sub-Zero fridge. The Ohana also includes a convenient in-unit washer and dryer, as well as a built-in outdoor BBQ area. Guest access
You will have full private access to the ocean view Ohana and surrounding grounds. On the lower section of the 2.5 acre property is the main house and near by is a caretakers house who will offer you privacy but will be available to assist with anything you might need.

PLEASE NOTE: This is an oceanfront property on the Hamakua coast. Extreme caution should be taken care when near the cliff's edge. An additional liability release is required for all parties.
