Clean, tidy and easy !A great location

My stay at this condo on top of the Ilikai Hotel was awesome! I was always able to find parking directly behind the hotel for 1/hr, just a short walk away from the back entrance to the hotel. The condo itself was clean, quiet, and roomy with a beautiful view of the beach and lagoon. There were plenty of ABC shops and a few restaurants (that I didn't try) within walking distance. It was a little farther from Waikiki Beach walk than I expected but super close to the lagoon and other beach. I was disappointed to see that the pull-out futon in the living room was not a very comfortable one, but other than that, all of my other expectations were met. Be advised that one load of laundry will cost about 10 if you don't have your own laundry soap. Also, the trash can is very small, so be prepared to take out the trash every day.

The pictures and explanations of the offerings of the place were not correct in that the bedrooms were not individual rooms and were only divided by sliding doors so sounds were a problem. There was also noise from the upstairs tenant

everything was fine, the ice maker does not work properly so we had to buy ice. The hostess was very good about answering questions in a timely manner. The light in the refrigerator is burned out. I am sure she is just not aware of these things or they would be fixed.

Great location, close to the Ala moana shopping center, next to Hilton (many shops). The lagoon right in front easy access. Bus stop from the airport or trolly right in front. Great partial ocean view.The property is clean, well equipped, and felt safe. The owner gave quick and sincere reply to our questions. Detailed instructions were very helpful. 7 of us had a wonderful time staying at this property. We will definitely consider this owner's other properties for our coming Hawaii trips. Strongly recommended.

Great location, lots of amenities in building and close by, beautiful view of the water, comfy beds

The home has a lovely view. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the lanai. There were some minor issues getting wi-fi but I think that would happen anywhere in the building. The restaurant and store downstairs were great and so easy to access. No complaints! would stay here again.

This condo has a great view, very clean and well stocked with everything you need. It's location is perfect. Easy to get to the beach or anywhere else you want to go. The hotel has a lot of amenities. Suggest using valet parking as that can be a problem. Highly recommend.

The condo had a great view and plenty of supplies. We loved having 2 bathrooms. We didn't cook at all but when we had a tsunami scare it was great to have pitchers and glasses to fill up water in case. The owner offered lots of tips to make our stay easy and convenient.

Property was ideal for me, wife and a toddler, and my parents. Location was amazing and everything was in walking distance.

Spent five days in Hawaii. This location is great, we loved the view from the room. There were 7 of us and the room had plenty of space for sleeping, eating, and hanging out (we spent most of our time out of the room). We rented a car for two days and used the marine parking behind the hotel to save some money. Used Lyft and our feet to get around the other days.

Very clean, worked well for our family. Though, several bulbs were burnt out, shower heads were very weak, smoke alarm went off everytime we cooked and we had to replace the battery. Then, it continued to beep. We also couldn't find a pizza cutter and we made several pizzas. Overall, the place is fine, it just needs a few touch ups.

If you’re planning to stay in Waikiki and not explore the rest of the island, this place is in a perfect spot. Everything is within walking distance – beaches, shops, and tons of great food options nearby. Check-in and check-out were super easy, which we appreciated.One small hiccup: the owner showed up about an hour before checkout to confirm we were leaving, as she had another guest arriving. It was Memorial Day weekend and the lantern lighting ceremony was happening, so we understood the tight turnaround.The only other minor issue was the AC in the living room – we had to tape it open for it to work properly, but it still did the job.

Great location. A lot of history at this location. Great entertainment on Friday night. Friendly staff. Property owner was very attentive and easy to reach with questions. Would definitely stay again.

We came with our family of 5 for an event at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Having the 2 bedroom suite gave us lots of room to spread out comfortably. Room was also well stocked with lots of towels and blankets so we didn’t need to worry about laundry. Had everything we needed. Worked out perfectly.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo & were able to walk to most of the destinations we needed to be! Pick up for many excursions you may want to do is available close by. The condo provided all the basic needs in the kitchen & we had plenty of room. The views from the condo were amazing & I will miss my morning coffee on the lanai. I would definitely stay here again while on the island of Oahu. I gave it 5 stars for every category, except cleanliness. The condo itself was very clean. I was rating the carpets in the hallways of the complex, they are due for replacement or a good cleaning.

The condo is located in the Ilikai Hotel & Suites. It's conveniently located and everything is in close proximity. We used the trolley and ubers that cost anywhere from 8 to 15 in the area.The condo is as advertised and had everything we needed to feel comfortable.

Nice condo in an incredible location, with ocean views from every window and across the street from the beach, with ample parking right behind the building. Clear and easy checkin and out instructions and no hassle. Cafe for easy breakfasts on site, as well as a restaurant. Only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is Waikīkī seems to have a lot of roosters that woke us up quite early - but I think this would apply to any property in Waikiki. Very nice home base for a few days on Oahu!

Great location! Spacious property. Worked very well for our family. We explored the whole island from this home base. Property was clean, well maintained and well equipped. We had a great experience!

We loved the gorgeous views and windows but the downside was that it made the apartment hot. Management limits AC use and the condo really needs another AC unit. We were hot most of the trip and if you close the sliders for privacy in the second bedroom it gets very hot, uncomfortably so. Unit was clean and location was great, walking distance to restaurants, beaches, and shopping. Kitchen was minimally stocked so we had to improvise quite a bit if you are planning on actually cooking meals. Overall it worked, but we would probably choose a different location in the future.

My wife, her mother, and myself flew in to visit my granddaughter. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. The view was very nice.

The only bad note was the noise from 7am till 9pm. The Hilton Hawaii village staff was on strike. They used loud speakers and 100’s of strikers yelling 14 hours a day. Everything else great.

Great property, awesome view and the balconies we used everyday and were large. Need to upgrade balcony furniture from hard folding chairs. Hotel workers on strike and was very loud all day and night

We spent 5 days in this lovely property. Door lock was extremely easy to use. Felt safe in building at all times. Close to beach. Very clean and has very comfortable beds. Highly recommend. Two great restaurants nearby. Goidys- get the berry French toast and San Pablo for pizza.

Overall we had an enjoyable time at this stay. The location can't be beat and the view is absolutely incredible; because there are two separate balconies, you get a view of the city and of the sea, which is truly special. Check in was easy and simple, kitchen had all the pots and pans needed, and beds were comfortable. Our main issue was with the bathroom in the master bedroom. Every time you flushed the toilet or used the shower, the smell of rotting fish was present, which was incredibly disgusting and upsetting. We were in contact with the property management company but because a licensed plumber was needed, we had to suffer through the entire vacation with this stench. The other frustrating issue was that the water pressure is truly a trickle in the master bedroom shower. The plumbing issues absolutely must be addressed before anyone else stays here.

We loved it!!! Will be back to this location soon!

Great property for a family of 4, 2 of which are teenagers. The property was within walking distance to the beach and close to the Hilton Hawaiian Village with access to their restaurants and shops. I would stay here again.

Setting up our vacation plans went smoothly. The room was as advertised. The room was clean and just the right size for our family of 6. This was our first visit to the island. The fireworks on Friday were right in front of our view near the lagoon. The location was close to nice beaches, hiking, shopping, and restaurants. One of the reasons we went was to visit Pearl Harbor. The parking garage was also close and at a reasonable price right above a Red Lobster. We had an enjoyable time. Communication with the property manager was more than acceptable.

We had a wonderful time, the property is in a great location and overall is well maintained and clean. That said, is in need of some TLC with the little things- a couple outlets and light switches were broken or loose, the remote had dead batteries, a couple bulbs were out, and mattresses should be replaced soon. Overall would still recommend as these are just little things.

Great views and right near Hawaiian Village and close to the heart of Waikiki

Spacious, well-furnished property. Accurate listing: steps to the beach. Can't see fireworks (Fri night) from balcony but beach view is preferable. I thought the furnishings were great and not "dated" as a prior review said. Bring ground coffee if you don't want to use the coffee shop in the lobby, but pretty well everything else you need is there. Would definitely return!

We had an absolutely great stay and Jeannie was very helpful in letting us check in a little early since we arrived earlier than originally expected. Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a great spot in Waikiki. Thanks Jeannie!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was very clean and a good layout for our large family. The view was beautiful! There was a lot to see and do within walking distance. The beds were comfortable and our son slept comfortably on the futon. The air conditioner was plenty to keep the unit cool at night. The beach towels provided don’t look like much but were actually really awesome. The kitchen is stocked with regular needs, but pots and pans were a little bare bones. The street noise was pretty loud at times and there’s not much you can do about that. Tips: We used the parking lot behind the building for $1/hr and got the app to pay for and extend parking and it worked great. I would suggest using the valet or coming in through the front of the building upon first arrival. The lobby/reception is very beautiful and you miss some of that if you come in through the back. The parking lot did get very full on the weekend after being very open during the week. The laundry room isn’t the nicest, but the machines are quick and efficient. They only take cards and are fairly easy to use. The detergent vending machines did not work on any level that I tried. Buy detergent at the store or the market downstairs. Many people use the machines so make sure you move your laundry when the machine is done. You can see and hear the Hilton Luau from the balcony in this unit. It’s pretty cool. We were not able to see the fireworks from the unit, though.

Let me start with the positives- great location, pots and pans were clean, linen crisp and clean. Now for the real review.. we had a very bad experience checking in. We walked in around 8.30 pm after a long flight to an unlocked apartment which was not cleaned!! There were dirty sheets piled up in the front room, trash on the floor and unbelievable trash in the bathrooms.We called Jennifer who was out of town and difficult to communicate due to the background noise from her end. She immediately said she will reimburse one night and will look for a cleaner... We later got a call from her sister Lydia who was helpful and accommodated us in a different unit. The next day we moved back to the apt we had booked. The layout is very good and the view is great but overall it is not well maintained. Very very basic stuff, towel rod in one bathroom was broken, balcony furniture was pathetically broken and no AC in one bedroom! There is only one AC unit for the living area and one bedroom!!! The front door is very old and does not close well- you feel a little unsafe. Afterthe initial problem was resolved the host never responded to our messages... not even an "ok" to acknowledge our messages . Let me tell you, this review is falling on deaf ears .. because I see some of the past reviews about amenities and broken furniture...obviously the host has not done anything to make it a better experience. Altogether just a 4/5 experience. The location is the best part of it!!

Excellent location and great lodging. Valet parking and access to upper floor units were both quick and easy. On property market was convenient and well stocked.

Location location location. This property is right in the thick of Waikiki. Easy walking distance to everything you need, especially the beach boardwalk. The property has some dated furniture and some of the outdoor lanai furniture is broken and very uncomfortable. The cookware is really bare bones and not in great shape. Master shower had lots of mildew. But again the property is in a fantastic location so easy to look past a few minor annoyances. Thanks to the property owners for a great stay!
