Newly Remodeled Condo in the Heart of Waikiki! 1 Block to Beach! FREE Parking

We had an excellent stay!! Niihau is at the heart of Waikīkī and everything is very accessible. Also Vincent is very good host with detailed and prompt communications. Overall a great stay!

Excellent location and Vincent was an excellent host. Any question or request had a response time of 20 mins. The property itself is small. But all the information, including the floor plan is already provided on the listing. We had a great time, thanks to Vincent.

Host was great and the upgrades to the space was awesome. However, the noise from the garbage trucks or others at 3 am or 4am made it difficult to get a good night sleep. Plus the bedroom has no A/C.

The management agent was unresponsive once we checked in. We registered 4 guests for 10 nights and we were provided 4 towels and 4 wash clothes and no response from him. The place was reasonbly clean for the most part. Location was good. Security was good. Shower very small for even a 6 foot 205 person.

The property was close to the beach and the parking was easy to access. The bathroom was a little small but the living room was pretty big. Overall would book again!

Started in this condo, but a water leak led to a swap to a new condo in the same building. Both were very nice units. Paul was great and very responsive. Walking distance to the beach, great shopping, and restaurants. The free parking was nice as we rented a car.

Arrived at around midnight but it was easy to find the apartment and the parking lot.The apartment is clean and perfectly located. Super close to the beach and tons of great shops and restaurants close by. Highly recommend this property for a great stay in Waikiki!lot.

It’s nice inside! The neighborhood is loud with dump trucks, etc. but it’s a city :) A heavier blanket for the pull out bed would be great and another full length mirror would be awesome!

My fiance and I really enjoyed our stay in this unit in the prime location of Waikiki. Lots of restaurants and beaches around was accessible and walkable. We enjoyed the beach gears that was provided as it made our trips to the beach so much more enjoyable. Paul the property manager was great in helping us get checked-in. Was given walk through of property upon arrival. Apt was clean, secured access to bldg so we felt safe, location was great. 2 minute walk to beach, shave ice shop right downstairs, restaurants and convenience store very close

The hosts made check in east, just one block from the beach and there was plenty of food and activities near by!

We came to Hawaii to work. The place was nice. The building was secure. And Paul was responsive and easy to work with.

It was amazing!! It was so close to everything and we just had an amazing time.

Location is perfect. Room was very clean and comfortable. Property manager Paul was really kind and supportive.

It was so nice to have a central location that was more reasonably priced to stay, and parking nearby (off-site). The property manager was very helpful and communicative. We enjoyed having kitchen space, and shower to utilize each night after being out and about during the day. ABC was a few minutes walk away, and plenty to do beyond that or a short drive.

The apt was clean and had everything we needed. The only downside was the 2:30 AM dumpster pickups every night, guaranteed to wake us up. Thus merely good rather than excellent.

Likes: We appreciated the excellent service from our host, building security, proximity to 5-star hotels, recent renovations, provided beach supplies, and the convenient location near the beach, stores, and food. Extra bonus with the shaved ice stand just downstairs. Dislikes (out of host control): Waikiki traffic was a nightmare; the area was more crowded and had more homelessness than expected, extending to Honolulu and the beaches. Parking was challenging, with only outdoor spots if the garage was full, which wasn't ideal for the price paid. We understood that we would be staying in the city, however, all windows were old glass slats and there were no drapes to cut out the light and noise. Sleep was often interrupted with next door parking alarms, garbage trucks at 6:30 in the morning, ambulances late at night, honking, and early morning deliveries to the stores below. Light/Noise canceling drapes would have been helpful to limit this. Dislikes (within host control): We would have preferred the cable maintenance not to occur during our stay, disrupting our plans. Clear instructions on where to stop on the busy one-way street upon arrival would have been helpful, considering the limited space. The overall size of the condo was much smaller than anticipated, especially the shower. A better description would have been helpful. After spending weeks searching for my ideal vacation spot that matched my wish list (separate 1 bedroom, guaranteed parking, and an actual kitchen) and refusing to support Air BnB, I found this gem. I read the prior, fantastic reviews and knew this was the right place! The space was so comfortable and spacious for me and 2 other guests. The guaranteed parking was such a convenience! Location of the unit so-so because while we were right next to everything, you could hear the street noise quite easily, but it wasn't too bad. But overall, this property seemed like it was the best value I saw in my research and it totally lived up to my expectations! I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely stay with CC the next time I'm in Hawaii!

Our overall stay was quite good. Location is close to the main strip and the beach with the parking within a reasonable vicinity. Paul was very patient in answering all my questions and was also able to accomodate an earlier check-in which made our experience more pleasurable. The condo itself is very spacious. The only letdown was the bathroom as it was quite small and had lack of mirrors. The place is equiped for any couple or small family. Would definitely recommend! Thanks again!
