The unit is updated, clean, and well equipped. The biggest attraction for us was the free parking. The location is also very good - easy access in and out of Waikiki by car and good walking access to beach (although not the best part of Waikiki), shops, and restaurants. However, due to the louvered (Jalousie) windows, it is very noisy from traffic, people talking, music from clubs and other venues. On several nights during our stay, the music lasted until well after midnight and by 4 AM the trash and delivery trucks with their backup warning beeps were in force. Also, the foldout couch is very uncomfortable and is barely adequate for one person, not two. From our experience, they should either replace the foldout couch or stop advertising the unit for more than 4 people.

Great location, very clean apartment with everything you need. Parking was a huge bonus, but knowing what I know (now) I should have rented a smaller car. Parking (in general) is tight on the island.

Great to have a parking spot. Unit was clean. My only complaint was how loud it was at night although being in a city that’s kind of expected. Overall we had good experience.

It was the perfect location!!

The host was great and the location was good. The free parking was amazing! We really appreciated and used the beach towels and chairs and umbrella. That was a must! The place was beautiful and comfortable and clean.

Pretty much in the middle of everything loved how we were walking distance

This was truly a wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioner worked, the shower and bathroom area was nice, in the kitchen had all the amenities we would need. Vincent was the guy we communicated with about the property once we were in Honolulu, and he was spot on with helpful responses when we needed him. He even checked on our parking space while we were out, to make sure that no other car was parked in our space. That's off to Vincent. The location was great. Every evening we had a different place to walk to to find something to eat, and we didn't have to leave the property by vehicle in the evening. The only negative was the parking area was very small, and we could not turn around easily to exit forward, so we had to exit the small parking area in reverse. Oftentimes there were people standing there at the shaved ice stand that was located at the exit of the parking area. Other than the parking, everything was perfect, and we enjoyed our stay. I would not hesitate to get a place with Captain Cook's in the future, if the opportunity arises.

The windows let all the noise in. Ants was a little concern. Beds were too soft gave us body ache. Otherwise fare to good.Regards,

Reviewer Comments: The whole process of booking and checking in was amazing, I forgot the lady name that helped me when I was booking the place but she was super helpful, nice and patient with me since I had some issue on my end when I was booking and to arrival of the rental Vincent was super amazing with texting me when our rental was ready and how to get the keys and overall if I had any questions he was super fast at responding! I felt super safe since they had camera all around and you do need a key to get upstairs so no one without could enter and the unit itself is super beautiful inside and beds are comfortable and I love how big and spacious the unit was also the only downside was the shower drainage was a little slow for the water to go down but it’s expected for the building since I stayed at another unit in the building before, beside that everything else was amazing and we enjoyed our stayed since it’s super closed to the beach and stores!

Louvered windows (typical of Hawaii) don't provide any noise insulation, and this unit can easily hear people talking and music playing. So if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. The location is great though and parking was super great to to have. Super clean unit and nicely (and newly) renovated. Roku's worked great. Would recommend.

We loved our stay at this place .it was so convenient, and there was a parking space for our car right there. It was extremely clean and neat and very comfortable. The property manager was friendly and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

The glass windows don't provide much of a sound barrier. But there's great food, shopping, and the beach very close by!
