Built in 1966, this charming, three-story oceanfront building sits right next to Magic Sands Beach (also known as White Sands Beach)—a rare and magical shoreline where the sand periodically disappears and reappears with the tide. It’s the only sandy beach in Kona and a true local gem.
Inside the building is the beloved Magic Sands Grill, bar, and snack shack, offering unbeatable oceanfront dining. Everything you need is right here—you truly never have to leave.
Your condo is thoughtfully designed as a boho sanctuary with a wellness-retreat vibe—inviting, cozy, and clean. Newly renovated from top to bottom with:
A brand-new kitchen and appliances
New floors, fresh linens, and beach gear
