Summary:
Welcome to our beautiful Laula Nui suite, a spacious 2 BR/2BA unit that was carefully designed with our guests in mind. From the appliances to the final touches, you can be certain that we have done our upmost to ensure you thoroughly enjoy your stay with us.
The Space:
Spanning approximately 876 sq. ft. , the unit comes complete with a gourmet, fully stocked kitchen, premium finishes, and the added convenience of complimentary garage parking and no hotel amenities fees.
Some favorite things guests love about the unit: the renovations, free parking and central location. A couple potential cons to be aware of: the building and common areas are a bit dated.
***Important*** Planned Maintenance:
Exterior building repair and painting are scheduled to start early January 2026 and last up to 12 months. The balconies of your unit will not be accessible from June 2026 through December 2026. Expect jackhammering, grinding, and vibration noises from 8am to 5pm Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays).

Guest Access:
Easy contact free self check-in and checkout process. Prior to your arrival, we will send you a code to access the lockbox via the messaging service of the booking platform you used to make your reservation.

To guarantee early check-in, we recommend booking the space for the night prior to your arrival.
Entrance to the parking garage is located on Prince Edwards St. Unlike big hotels, we offer FREE parking ($50-$80 daily savings) and no resort fees. The garage ramp clearance is 6 ft 9 in tall and the parking stall is on lobby level (above ground).
Other Things to Note:
Beach essentials include umbrella, beach towels, beach chairs and cooler bag for guest use. Please note, snorkel gear is not provided due to liability reasons. Any snorkel gear in unit may have been left by previous guests.
Living here on island our entire lives, we have seen pests occasionally in even the highest rated hotels, condos, malls and yes, even rental cars. We use an excellent crew to keep our units clean and well maintained. Despite our best efforts to prevent pests with bi-monthly pest control services, we still see pests occasionally as they're part of our Hawaiian tropical ecosystem. It is extremely rare to see them, but still possible. You can help us by throwing out leftover foods daily to avoid attracting pests.
