Welcome to our beautifully renovated ocean-view retreat in Kihei, located directly across the street from Kamaole II Beach Park — a 2-minute walk to one of Maui's most beloved beaches for swimming, snorkeling, and sunset watching.

Kamaole I is a 5-minute walk and Kamaole III is 8 minutes, so you've got three stunning beaches within easy reach.

You're also just steps from local favorites like Fred's Mexican Restaurant, Moose McGillycuddy's, Koa Brewing Co, Cafe O'Lei, 808 Deli, Coconut's Fish Cafe, and Maui Thai Bistro. Grab coffee or ice cream at La Toxica, cool off with shave ice at Beach Street Maui, or pick up groceries at Hawaiian Moons Natural Foods — all within easy walking distance.

Freshly renovated with new flooring, furnishings, and paint throughout, the space is bright, clean, and inviting.

The bedroom features a king-size bed with a Casper memory foam mattress and bamboo sheets ; the living room offers a queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, bamboo linens included, for a total sleep capacity of 4 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking — dishwasher, electric stove, oven, coffee maker, blender, rice maker, and full cookware and dishware, plus a dining table and another table for 4 on the lanai for outdoor meals.

Stay cool with a wall-mounted AC unit in the living area and a portable AC unit in the bedroom, plus ceiling fans throughout. Stay connected with WiFi and 2 smart TV's. Enjoy the convenience of a new in-unit washer and dryer.

Beach gear included — chairs, umbrella, towels, and a cooler are provided so you can head straight to the sand. Free on-site parking (unassigned; permit required — details below) and no resort fees.

A pack 'n play travel crib is available in the condo for families traveling with little ones.

Guest access

You'll have the entire condo to yourselves, plus a private entrance and self check-in with a keypad — no need to coordinate arrival times. Please note: the unit is located on the 2nd floor and accessible by stairs only (no elevator).

Other things to note

We're directly across the street from Kamaole Beach II (2 min walk), with Kamaole I (5 min) and Kamaole III (8 min) also nearby.

The Kihei Kai Nani complex features a shared pool, BBQ Grill's,exterior security cameras in common areas, and coin laundry facilities on-site.

Parking: Free on-site parking is available and unassigned (first-come, first-served). Guests must register at the complex office to receive a parking permit upon arrival.

Check-in is after 3:00 PM and checkout is before 11:00 AM. Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. A Guest Binder is provided in the condo — please review it and follow all house rules and Kihei Kai Nani complex rules during your stay.
