Yes, nice ocean view. Indirect access to beach in front of other properties. In spite of being asked to use louvre rather than ir conditioning, the rank of louvre beside the sliding glass doors would not open. Cranking the handle did nothing. We also experienced a leak under the kitchen sink which was addressed promptly by the management.
The unit was clean. However the selection of coffee cups was slim. The water flow in bathroom sink was very minimal. No plastic glasses were present to carry down to pool for viewing of sunsets. Weather was great!
Fabulous location. Great communication with the property manager. The suite needs upgrading but we love the resort.
For the price; the owners of the unit should be ashamed of themselves. The dishwasher is extremely rusted inside, it’s a health hazard. The pans are that black Tfal and they were WHITE from being so scratched. The stove is rusted, no oven mitts or hot pad (that was a surprise when cooking). TV didn’t work (not big deal), coffee maker was rusting/filthy, walls are very banged up, no bbq utensils. Grateful for the beach chairs! The shutters by the lanai don’t open. When we arrived I did do a little clean, my preference. THAT BEING SAID, the property, beach, and grounds are so beautiful. The front desk staff were kind. And having the rental shop was great. The Gazebo restaurant was always busy, but calling in a to go order was fantastic!

Property claims recent remodel. The stove has rust on it. The dishwasher has rust inside and out, the racks have disintegrated and dishes fall through. The kitchen sink appears to have mold in the cabinet underneath from previous leaks. The management company gave us a schedule of upcoming construction and remodels of the buildings. G 156 isn’t scheduled for 2024 or 2025.
Beautiful studio on the grass with a great view! Close to the pools, Napili Bay, and the Gazebo! We loved the location.
Nothing special for the price. Little attention given to details; ie, grungy patio chairs, coffee maker, appliances, pans, cabinets. Noisy toilet and hard water faucet stuck in bathroom. Minimal toiletries/kitchen supplies for long-term stay by management company.
We love Napili Shores and have stayed here many times. But This room was the shabbiest, most poorly equipped we've ever experienced. It felt abandoned by the owner. ITrip, the managers, were very responsive to our requests, though.
My wife and I were traveling for a week long vacation for our anniversary to Napili and this unit was perfect. It was the right size for two and the direct access to the grass, beach, and pool was amazing. The unit is small, but was clean. It’s not the most glamorous space, but it’s fine for our needs. They could provide more amenities like more toilet paper but other than that everything was great. I would stay in this unit again.
We had a great stay at Napili Shores. We particularly loved the close proximity to the beautiful Napili beach, which we walked to nearly every day. If you wanted to walk further or drive a few minutes, there were other wonderful beaches to check out. Renting and returning snorkel and beach gear was a piece of cake at the adjacent Water Works Sports. The king-sized bed was comfortable and the kitchen held many cooking necessities if you wanted to make your own meals. I knocked a star off because our key cards stopped working twice during our stay, once afterhours (at 8:30 pm) which necessitated walking back the main lobby to call security to let us back into our room. Though it wasn't very disruptive and we preferred to be on the ground level, we could hear the neighbors upstairs moving around.
We love staying at Napili Shores!! The condo is great and has all the little things that you would need while on vacation. The views are stunning and the services are well maintained. I would recommend this to anyone going to Maui!
