Napili Shores F-245 - Napili Bay - Sand and Sunsets Included

Simple, clean, good location. Quiet. Nice beach! Great snorkeling beach nearby.

Napili Shores is our favorite property in Maui! This unit has a great location right by the upper pool and BBQs. Worked out perfect for our vacation!

The unit looks as though it has the original "everything" on the interior. Others in the same complex have been updated very nicely. Gorgeous property beautiful beach

I was worried about the sleeper sofa so we stopped at Walmart for a blow up mattress. Took it back the next day. The memory foam mattress on the sofa was just fine. Everyone slept well. We have stayed at Napili Shores in the past so there were no surprises. Best way to get Mac pancakes from the Gazebo is call for take out. Always a long line to get in. Took advantage of the The 5315 Restaurant for Happy Hour. Affordable Mai Tais and Poke. Unit sits above the grills so people were hanging around cooking and eating in the evening. Lastly the light on the outside wall is bright and lights the bedroom all night. I slept with a mask. Could use darkening shades or drapes. Kitchen needs a B-B-Que spatula. But had a wonderful time lying on Napili Beach, watching turtles in the cove nextdoor and enjoying the property. This is a recommend if you're on a budget.

Clean, comfortable bed. lots of snorkel equipment for use (very nice) great location, quiet and peaceful environment. Would definitely stay here again.

Can’t complain about location. Been coming here since we were kids ourselves. This unit is decent. Location above pool view is nice. Stayed in about 6 different units here over time and this one is nice but needs some updating. They give you bare minimum for basics such as toiletries (paper towels, TP, garbage bags, dish soap & detergent), spices (only salt and pepper), and minimum amount of dishes (plates, bowls, pots and pans) where you’re doing dishes often and have to purchase a lot of the basics we haven’t had to purchase with other units. Overall, comfortable enough pull out bed and bed…and again, you can’t beat the location or the price for the area, we had a great time.😊

I had a lovely stay at Napili Shores F245. I walked every day on the Kapalua coastal trail. Onsite staff was great as well as the iTrip staff when I accidently forgot my door code. The Gazebo restauraunt serves breakfast and lunch and another restaurant onsite for dinner was great. The condo itself was stocked with what I needed. The beachy vibe was nice. I highly recommend. This spring was a little cooler than usual and an extra blanket or throw would have been nice. Overall a wonderful stay. Too short as usual.

Very comfortable condos for a family vacation. Enjoyed the two restaurants, BBQ grill availability, sparkling clean pools and awesome snorkeling at the close by beach.

The location was great and the facilities at the Outrigger were excellent. The condo unit was outdated and needs to be updated. Refrigerator has rust on door. Oven dial does not have temperature settings. Bathroom mirror has black spots all over it. Carpet looked like original from 1976. Ceramic floors need to be replaced. My wife says we would never use that unit until it was updated. We would go back to Napili Shores.

Fantastic property, not a great unit. Our family of four have stayed at Napili for over fifteen years in various units, this one has several limitations that could be easily remedied. The biggest issue is the horrible unusable fold out bed. It is no where near level nor comfortable at all. My teen sons, who have travelled the world with us including numerous developing nations, said it was the worst bed they’ve ever slept in and opted to sleep on cushions on the floor (also very uncomfortable) because the fold out bed was so terrible. (There is a single inflatable air mattress in the closet of this unit, which they tried one night but it deflates in an hour or so). Don’t rent this unit for 4 people. Smaller issue is the curtains in the back room are close to sheer with mold stains and there is a very bright outside light you don’t control. Comfort could be drastically improved with new darker curtains. Faucet in kitchen was insane and sprays water everywhere. Otherwise unit is fine and Napili Shores is a great property. With a few updates this unit could be great.

Had an awesome family stay at Napili Shores as a family of four (kids 11/8). Property is fantastic and in a great spot to explore Maui or just laze by the pool(s) or on the amazing beach.

We were not allowed to take pictures in area in front of the beachfront units. We were standing for sunset and people staying there asked us to move away. Didn't think that was a private space on the grass as well.
