The problem is the air conditioning. The air conditioning didn’t work. They had some portable units but the one kept breaking. It was very hot in the unit without air. The place is nice. The location is great but the AC needs fixed.
This place had everything we needed and was surprisingly not too busy and pretty quiet. The beach is walking distance which is great because parking outside of the resort area is difficult to find. The AC worked great, there was Tupperware and beach chairs we were able to use and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.
Clean, comfortable bed, air bed was appreciated too! Updated kitchen, very beautiful unit. The view of the pool was nice, quiet and comfortable environment. We definitely would come here again. Saw lots of whales this time of year.
The overall was great. You could see water damage in kitchen and the blinds going out to balcony were not on correctly. Also had issues with the TV, not sure if batteries were too old but could not get remote control to work with the TV and cable
This was our favorite unit that we have stayed at the Napili Shores. Very clean, well maintained, great decor and lots of room for all our stuff. The keypad lock was very convenient as we never had to worry about the keys. The view is of bushes and the pool, but this provided the privacy we wanted. Definitely would stay here again!
Love Napili Shores but was missing dishrags, can opener and other basics you would find in a property like this. Needs to be revisited and updated
The property was great, the room was fantastic. As described, except there are no DVDs anymore… I was looking forward to watching Love Actually, lol.

This is our second time at Napili Shores and it certainly won’t be the last. It is very family friendly, with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Great restaurants on site. It’s also a very short walk to a lovely beach and an exceptional snorkel spot.
Clean and well stocked. Location can’t be beat.
Excellent base for your trip. Best features: AC - we can't sleep if it's too hot and it's nice to have a less humid retreat once or twice during the day. There are two AC units in this condo and both work very well. You can actually make this place too cold. Comfortable bed - The bed is quite comfortable and has a selection of 4 pillows. I usually travel with my pillow because I'm a terrible sleeper but I forgot it and still managed to get a decent sleep with theirs. Our son slept well on the pull out sofa with one of the four supplied pillows. Other than that there are some bonuses to this unit and location: Napili bay is right down the path and is a fantastic beach with great snorkeling or surfing/boogie boarding depending on conditions. Kapalua bay is about a 7-8 minute walk down the beach and through Napili Kai resort. Kapalua is a fantastic snorkeling bay even if Napili is a bit wavy. We even went diving here when the surf on most of the west side was too wavy for entry. Honolua bay - one of the best snorkeling bay's on Maui is a short drive North. There's only a handful of properties closer. The Gazebo breakfast restaurant on site is one of the best breakfasts you can get on Maui and it's right there! You can see the lineup from the balcony which will tell you when to get your butt moving. Downside: It's a bit of a drive to the airport area or Ma'alea harbor/Kihei. If most of your activities are booked there I might look for a closer property. Overall A+
A wonderful little condo in Napili. It was exactly what we needed. We love staying at Napili Shores and this unit didn't disappoint. Wished we could have stayed another 2 weeks!
Easy access to beach and pool

Place was clean and closeish to the beach. The check I'm process was also very simple and easy.
