Great location, nice condo, and nice pool especially for kids. An employee really helped us out the day we arrived, going into the office after hours to help us.One thing that might be helpful for others to know is that you need a key to exit the complex, and they only provide you one key. This was a bit of a nuisance for us. A key is also required to exit the pool, and again there was only one key provided. So that was a bit of a nuisance also.
Very nice place to stay, clean and comfortable for the 6 of us. Lots of utensils, pots, pans, etc. in the kitchen - quick response from Maja when we had questions or needed anything. Convenient location - nice pool. We didn't need to use the concierge services but appreciated the contacts from them. Thanks!
Everything was perfect! Great location, beautiful home, very spacious for three couples. I highly recommend!
We loved the place! It was in a great location. Close to town and beach but far enough to enjoy the quiet. The place was clean. The view was amazing! Lovely mornings on the lanai was our favorite! We would stay again!
The condo was perfect for our vacation. Everything was clean when we arrived. My only recommendation is to add more hooks. Being in the water every day, beach towels and bathing suits don't dry well or quickly hanging in the shower or bathroom area with the regular towels. We will be back and we would definitely stay in the same condo.
The townhouse was perfect for 3 couples. 3 king beds and 3 bathrooms. Well stocked with kitchen utensils. No spices though not even salt and pepper. Everything else was perfect for us. Thanks for everything. Concierge helped with our Mana Ray trip. Very nice.
Quiet gated community with the beach very close by! It was worth the cost. All the rooms were spacious and nice open concept common areas, the pool and the hot tub were perfect for when the beaches were closed
It was very nice
My wife and in laws stayed at this wonderful home for a week and had an excellent time. The place is very spacious, comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. The community pool is larger than most places we have stayed previously and was never overcrowded. The location was within a short distance of a couple of local beach parks and a short drive from Kona town. In addition it has a convenient shopping center 2 minutes away with a grocery store, drug store and plenty of restaurant options. I highly recommend Kenichi Pacific for sushi and Los Habaneros for takeout tacos. Would definitely stay again!
We really enjoyed our stay here. We felt very safe with a gated community. The house was as beautiful as the pictures portrayed. It was very quiet and relaxing. Beautiful flowers all around the facility. I would call it our home away from home and look forward to our next adventure there.
