Menehune Shores #119 – Stylish Oceanfront Retreat with Luxe Modern Finishes

This property in general is a little older however the unit we stayed in was completely updated and we'd rate this a 9 out of 10. The actual condo had everything you could think of, beach chairs and a small cooler for day trips, separate air conditioning for each room, clean modern rooms with super cool artwork. With a ground floor and patio looking out onto the ocean, we spent every morning on the deck looking out enjoying our coffee and breakfast and then again in the evening watching the sunset, absolutely stunning. The drawbacks were no umbrellas for the beach which you need in the sun. The wi-fi was not functional, either super slow or did not work. We had handicap parking right outside our room which was generally available to us (and needed as our son has mobility issues) however half-way through our stay the sign for handicap parking was removed from the post and the spot was no longer available. The property was very well maintained, the grounds and gardens were beautiful with crews out working frequently. We really enjoyed our stay at this place.

Everything is just as described. This unit was clearly expertly remodeled and the view was incredible. Great location! I will say that the pool is on the smaller side for a complex this size, but still nice to have. The complex is family friendly, and the lawn outside the unit was often occupied by families playing. Overall, this is a great unit that is stocked with everything you could need for your visit!

The lanai and beach access was everything I could ask for! Ali’i Resorts was amazing to work with, before and during our stay. Very busy road. A

We will be back, this condo was perfect for our family vacation. The location and communication with the resort was great! one of the best places we have stayed on Maui!

Proximity to the beach was fantastic. The unit’s lanai opens directly to a patch of grass that was great to throw a ball around with kids. Then you walked maybe 20 feet past the grass and you are on the beach. The unit itself was well equipped with everything you might need. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Super clean. Beds were so, so comfortable. Location in Kihei was a little north of the town center, so not really walkable to anything, but a really short drive to get to anything you need. I hope to be back soon.

Absolutely amazing condo. Will 110% be back here. It was just my boyfriend & I but we loved every bit of it. The design is clean, simple & beach modern. Amazing patio. Best view of the Maui famous sunsets. Has everything you need. I will say (I’ve leaned every place is different & it does mention this in the listing) you’ll need to pack shampoo & conditioner & body wash or buy it here like I did since we didn’t check any bags. Only thing I would add to this condo would be a full length mirror would be amazing but I’m also a girl lol! We had maintenance in here briefly at the start of our stay for something out of everyone’s control & minor and they were great and quick in & out. Parking was never an issue. Great location and amazing beach. 11/10 will be back!

We stayed in two condos within the property in the same time frame (there were a few of us). This unit was the better of the two. It had a gorgeous view, was clean and updated, as well as had most things we needed for a successful vacation.Great things about this unit:Furniture was well suited for the unit and amount of people, furniture was all comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels, including beach towels. Loved the fact that we could take two steps and be on the grass. The condo was very quiet, there were renovations going on above us but they didn’t bother us with noise at all. Loved the two screen doors to the open patio.Things that were a inconvenient but by no means ruined our lovely vacation: No umbrella, no bigger cooler, no boogie boards etc, The biggest con for us was the lack of supplies within the kitchen. Although not mandatory, it’s always pleasant to have basics of spices, an oil spray, oil etc. This actually surprised us given how many dishes, cups, etc there were. We would rent this unit again, it was a fantastic stay.

Very clean and beautiful condo. Would stay again and loved the location.
