Luxury Wailea Retreat at The Palms – Ocean, Sunset & Haleakalā Views
Welcome to my beautifully remodeled home at The Palms at Wailea, one of Wailea’s most desirable luxury communities.
What makes this condo truly special is its elevated location at the top of the property, giving it some of the most unique views at The Palms. From inside the home and out on the lanai, you can look through the beautiful Monkey Pod trees toward the ocean and see Molokini and Kahoʻolawe in the distance. From the front windows, you can even see Lanaʻi on clear days.
The condo also has direct views of majestic Haleakalā, Maui’s 10,000-foot volcano. Wake up to incredible sunrises over the mountain and enjoy moonrises in the evening as the moon climbs above the summit. On the opposite side of the condo, you’ll experience beautiful Wailea sunsets, giving the home both sunrise and sunset views throughout the year.
The location within the property is ideal — peaceful, private, and just a short walk to the pool, jacuzzi, grilling stations, and Wailea’s world-famous beaches and resorts including the Andaz, Four Seasons, Grand Wailea, and Fairmont Kea Lani.

You are only a short walk from Wailea’s luxury resorts, restaurants, beach paths, shopping, golf, and fitness activities.
Start your morning with coffee at the Andaz and walk along the Wailea Beach Path past the Four Seasons, Grand Wailea, and Fairmont Kea Lani while enjoying some of the most beautiful ocean views in Hawaii.
Wailea’s Blue and Emerald golf courses are also just minutes away.

Everything was as pictured and described. It is well stocked and very comfortable. The location is great. It is close to the beach and great restaurants. Lawrence was quick to respond. I would definitely stay again.
Beautiful area. Pool and spa were closed. Air in living room leaked.
I had problems with the Internet and the TV in the living room didn’t work
Great location between Kihei and Wailea if you have transportation. Free parking and no extra fees made it an easy choice to be mobile on Maui. Condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay like chair, beach towels and full kitchen. 2 full bathrooms make getting ready a breeze. We normally do hotels, but Lawrence made a transition to a condo super easy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lawrence’s gorgeous and perfectly located home, albeit all too short. The bedroom is beautiful with an incredibly comfortable bed; the spacious living area is also big and very tastefully decorated, featuring a few of Lawrence’s beautiful nature photos as well as big comfy sofas and a TV with an amazing sound system. The sunny kitchen was fully equipped and offered even more than we needed. The property’s swimming pool and jacuzzi are set in a delightful garden with ponds and tropical plants, all very beautiful and only a short walk to lovely beaches.Lawrence couldn’t have been more accommodating and communicative. He responded immediately to all our queries and needs and allowed us an early arrival and even offered us a late departure, which was so incredibly helpful. Lawrence really is the most gracious host.I highly recommend Lawrence and his beautiful home for short or long stays; we could have stayed for weeks very happily. Thanks for everything Lawrence!
We had a wonderful time at this condo and we highly recommend it. The condo is comfortable and spacious. It had lots of extras that really come in handy on vacation. This place is even better than the pictures!! Right in the middle of a beautiful upscale neighborhood, it feels more like a home than an apartment. The instructions on everything are crystal clear by the owner who has put in a lot of love in this home. We rven used to cook our breakfast everyday the kitchen being well- equipped. The air conditiong is very good, the lanai has great views too! 2 baths in a 1 bedroom is a definite add on!! If ure planning to stay in Maui, this place is a cherry on the cake!
Lawrence was a super host! He was friendly and very accommodating. The unit had such a fun vacation vibe to it with all the amenities and comfort one can ask for. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get the most bang out of their buck. Can’t wait to return !

The condo was perfect! Spotless, well furnished, accurately described, and communication with Lawrence was prompt and pleasant. What an enjoyable place to stay. Walk to the beach in minutes, go shopping or just stay in. This place has everything you need and more.
The condo was perfect for our Maui vacation. Location was quiet and very convenient to all of the shoppes, restaurants, and resorts. Pool/spa onsite and beach in walking distance. Unit was updated with all of the needs and wants with open concept and oversized lanai. New AC minsplit was great to provide cooling and was quiet. TV/Bose was a nice feature for unwinding with music, or enjoying a late night movie. Host was personable and responsive.
