The location was perfect. Nice beaches and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Host was responsive and gave clear check in directions. The place was clean and it was nice to have some beach chairs and umbrella. Would definitely recommend for a nice Kihei stay!

This is a really central location. Even though it is near a busy street, Maui, on a whole, quiets down around 10 p.m. The unit was a perfect size for two and the choice of three salt water pools on the property was wonderful. Owner has provided a number of beach accessories to use - chairs, umbrella, cooler... In suite laundry enables you to pack light!

All good. All appliances worked and bathroom was clean. Nice location and parking was easy.

Liked the location, within walking of beaches, surfing, restaurants, shops and grocery store. Property was good, and as described.

Very clean unit. Access to beach right across street.As seniors though we would have liked regular lawn chairs and not beach chairs, but that's our problem. Eating in the area was terrific with many choices. Finding the unit was very simple. Thanks to the owner for allowing us the opportunity to stay here.Raleigh T

The unit where we stayed came as advertised. Proximity to Charlie Young Beach was a plus. A good location for anyone who enjoys walking.

Close to good beaches

This unit was perfect for my recent trip to Maui. It is clean, well appointed, and most importantly, in a GREAT location. Everything you could want is within walking distance-- grocery shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, food trucks, beaches (Kamaole III is pretty much directly across the street and is fabulous!). If something you want isn't close, the rest of Kihei and Wailea are just a few minute drive away! The unit even came stocked with necessary beach supplies-- chairs, umbrella, small cooler. I will say, if having a full, oceanfront view is important to you, it's probably best to look elsewhere as the view here of the cove is limited, but still nice and quite pleasant. It was perfectly adequate for me while relaxing with coffee on the balcony in the mornings. All in all I couldn't have been happier with the stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved our stay at Maui Vista! Amazingly comfortable bed and fantastic shower! We loved the pool and the close proximity to Charley Young Beach, too.

Well appointed condo with everything you might need. Love the location and the peek-a-boo view of the ocean. Easy walk to our favorite breakfast spot - Kihei Cafe.

Very nice accommodations. All fixtures and equipment worked properly. Recommend turning off bedroom AC at night to reduce noise. With living room AC working and bedroom fan on, it was very comfortable at night. Nice beach accessories available. Being right across the street from the beach was a big plus. Would rent again.

This condo was exactly as described. It had everything we needed. View from the balcony was picture perfect-ocean and mountains! The office staff were helpful. Pool was refreshing, grounds well kept. Could walk everywhere. I would book this again!

We have stayed in the Maui Vista complex several times before because the location is convenient to everything we need. This was our first time staying at Ann's condo and we loved it. Everything was exactly as advertised on the site and we lacked for nothing. We will definitely return.

Although it stated that the unit was totally remodelled, that was time ago and it is showing some wear. That said it was a very comfortable unit, had everything we needed, including beach chairs and umbrella. My only con was the proximity to the elevator and the general pedestrian traffic, which made it very noisy.
