This beautifully remodeled one-bedroom, one-bath corner unit at 3213 Maui Vista is your ideal island escape. Enjoy abundant natural light, cooling Maui breezes, and the added privacy of a peaceful end-unit, all just a 7-minute walk from South Maui’s most stunning beaches. Located in quiet building 3 far from the road noise, yet walkable to everything you could need. Don’t want the hassle and expense of renting a car? Ride-share is available on-island when you want to explore further.
The Space
Living Area: Chill out with an air conditioner, a ceiling fan, and a 50” smart TV loaded with your favorite streaming apps. The couch pulls out into a full-size bed.
Kitchen: Prepare meals with delicious local ingredients in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster oven, and coffeemaker).
Bedroom: Sleep soundly on a king-sized bed outfitted with hotel-quality linens and keep cool with the bedroom air conditioner.
Bathroom: Remodeled with beautifully tiled walk-in shower and bright lighting.
Private Lanai: Relax with a tropical drink on your private balcony overlooking floral tropical gardens and a glimpse of the ocean.
Internet: free high-speed fiber internet and Wi-Fi (Fioptics 1 Gig symmetrical).
Unit Entry: Keyless entry, so no worries about keeping track of keys when you should be having carefree fun.

Maui Vista spans nearly 9 acres and offers resort-style amenities in a crowd-free setting with a chill vibe.
Pools & Courts: Enjoy the property’s 3 pools, 6 tennis courts, and 3 pickleball courts (racquets, paddles, and balls available to rent at the onsite office).
Beach Gear: Beach chairs, towels, and a rolling cooler are provided in the condo for a full day of fun in the sun. Did we mention a rolling cooler?
Grilling: Three grilling areas throughout the property with two large, premium gas grills in each area for grilling that tuna caught on your epic fishing charter.

Parking: Free on-premise parking lot adjacent to the condo. Register your vehicle at the office for your parking pass.

Location
Beaches: Just a short 7-minute walk to Charlie Young beach, where you’re likely to spot sea turtles. Kamaole I, II, & III beaches are a short walk further south. Wailea beaches are an easy 10 to 15-minute drive.
Snorkel Equipment: Several affordable rental options are within a 15-minute walk.
Dining: Tasting the ono grindz of Maui couldn’t be easier. Local flavors and international cuisine are all within a 15-minute walk either north or south. Can’t decide? Try the South Maui Gardens food truck oasis.
Neighborhood: Dining, shopping, groceries, and South Maui nightlife are all within walking distance.
Activities: Whale-watching, Molokini snorkel and dive trips, sunset sail excursions, and the Maui Aquarium are all an easy 20-minute drive away at Maʻalaea Harbor. Snorkel, dive, and fishing charters also depart from Kihei boat ramp, an even easier 8-minute drive from the condo. SUP and surf rentals and lessons are a 10-minute walk away at The Cove. World-famous luaus are a 12-minute drive in nearby Wailea.

Great location, five minute walk to the beach.
This place was amazing. Very clean and had everything you needed to stay in or go out. Easy walking distance to the ocean and dining out!!!
Thus unit was fully stocked with everything a visitor would need. They had beach chairs, towels and an ice chest for a day at the beach. The kitchen was immaculate and had all that you would need to cook any meal. The area was quiet, well maintained and close to Charlie Young Beach. I highly recommend this unit.

Cute little place with beach decor. Clear instructions for everything, even the tricky dryer vent. Clean with little extras too, like beach chairs, cooler, etc.
Malinee is super awesome and wary to work with. Check in and out process was a breeze. So much amenities offered we didn’t have to buy a cooler or chairs - it’s available to use. Super clean and comfortable. Looking to more stays here when on Maui.
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and well appointed. There were a couple of nice restaurants a 10 minute walk from the place, which was very convenient, and we could get to Wailea in about 15 minutes.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maui Vista. The location was perfect. Even though we didn’t spend a ton of time in the room, it was great. It had everything we needed. Looking forward to coming back at some point and will be looking to stay here.

This was a great location condo near the beach and great food. This 2nd floor corner unit is just what my wife and I needed. The owners were easy to communicate with and also pit me in touch with BEST OF MAUI ACTIVITIES. They were alo great to help guide amd assist in purchasing activities. They took my feedback due to some limitations in physicality for to recent hospital stay. Pool right on property and many near-by beaches. Would definitely come back...

This condo is located in a nice condo complex a block and a half from the beach! The kitchen is well appointed and its located next to the staircase so I got my exercise in too! Lots of shops and dining within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this condo. (And the property manager is awesome!)
WE stayed at Maui Vista for two weeks and much appreciated the quietness and comfort of the suite that we had booked. The groundskeeping crews kept the complex very clean and the pool attendants were conscientious in their cleaning of the pool area and the pool surfaces. The manager of the condo, Malinee was quite helpful in arranging for an extra night at the unit when our flights home were changed at the last moment. Very professional and personable.
It is a good sized unit and lived up to expectations. Glad it had A/C in the bedroom too. Quiet in the evenings and very well located. We would book again for sure.

This modern unit provides everything I’d ever need for a condo stay. The cleanliness is impressive. The living room couch/foldout bed requires a new mattress. It’s about 8” thick and about 6” when compressed. I managed (at 120 lbs), but other than for me or kids, it could be a problem for others.
Location was good. Patio was good. The hallway light should come on earlier, when we arrived it was dark and we had to use a flashlight to enter the code. Good shower head. Need more plugins in bedroom. TV operating instructions were awful, please rewrite them.
