At Maui Vista 3-102 you can walk right out onto your lanai and the beautiful garden beyond, under the Plumeria trees - or sip coffee or your favorite beverage on your own private patio/lanai. Our fully equipped condo, which comes with everything down to your own beach umbrella, chairs, and gear, is the perfect Maui getaway for the beach lover.
Maui Vista sits on eight acres of beautifully manicured tropical grounds, across the street and a short walk to Kamaole I Beach, where the soft golden sand and clear, warm-water swimming that made Maui famous awaits. Snorkel, look for sea turtles munching for algae off the rocks, or take on an amazing coastal walking bath that intersects all three Kamaole Beaches, and goes beyond, to Wailea.
With amazing weather throughout the year, Kihei really is a sun worshiper's paradise. This conveniently located condo, in the midst of Kihei's restaurant and shopping district, was set up with everything you need for your Maui home away from home. Wi-Fi, premium cable, AC, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything required to cook and serve, await. There is a washer/dryer in the unit.
At the end of the day the comfortable Queen bed and luxury linens welcome you, or take a relaxing dip in one of three pools on the property. There is also tennis and a gas brill, along with free parking right next to the condo.

All in all it was a very nice location. No major problems. Small problems were solved the same day. Kitchen cabinets need an update.

Checkin and communication was great and very easy.Unit was not recently updated as stated in ad. There is a lack of electrical outlets, AC difficult to cool the unit, Fan in bedroom unuseable due to being unbalanced, there is only one small lamp in bedroom, shower water temp control difficult to regulate,kitchen faucet dripping, no safe for valuables,had bugs at first few night cockroaches, found empty spray called maintenance,dishwasher did not work, washer and dryer great,and tub drain clogged and filled with black water,but called the maintenance each time they did come promptly and fix. Could use some cleaning supplies. Beach supplies were great and made the trip easier. Parking is fantastic always had a space. Maintenance of the areas pool, BBQ etc was fantastic. The unit had plenty of kitchen utensils and accessories. Would stay in complex again maybe try a different unit.
Property manager quickly addressed some maintenance issues. Enjoyed our visit.
My wife and I really enjoyed being able to walk from the VRBO each day down to the beach to see the sunset. We felt like we were in a great location to do almost anything. I would book here again.
This place was perfect for me and my husband. We came here for our honeymoon and everything was what we wanted. The location was perfect for everywhere we needed to go, the space was roomy, the supplies for going to the beach or simply doing the laundry was perfect. Everything we needed was thought out and given by our wonder hosts. Thank you!

1 month stay June to July. Easy walable location, we did rent a car for 1 week to enjoy the rest of the island. Grounds are so relaxing, quite with no nonsense security on the property 24 hours it seemed. Plenty of parking. 3 pools, we almost every time had pool to ourselves. Foodland is a half a mile and movie theater a bit further. Beach right across the street. Would stay here again!

The check in process was easy, the location was fabulous, having a ground floor unit with a patio and grounds right out the back door was incredible. Close to the pool and BBQ area. The unit is old and supplied minimally in the kitchen/ bathroom. The air conditioning is loud but makes the bedroom nice and cool at night. The open plan was handy for kids. Just could be a bit cleaner and more stocked. Overall a pleasant stay.
We had a great time in Maui, the place was clean and centrally located. Thanks for having us!
