If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.

The location was great!
The apartment has everything you need, location it’s great.
The condo was close to the beach and restaurants, kitchen was equipped with everything you needed to prepare a mealFor the family. One thing we didn’t like was the bathroom, outdated and dirty, was afraid to stepIn the bathtub without my flip flops.

In general we liked the property. Having a toddler on vacation is difficult especially in the mornings. Some of the included features of our stay were not working and took 5 days to fix.

We have been to Maui 5 times and this location is the BEST we ever stayed at. The best beach, the best restraints and plenty of shopping close enough to walk to. The rooms were very comfortable clean and with a well equipped kitchen when we wanted to cook. Master bedroom bed is great and the teenager with us loved the loft. Very pleasant view from the deck and shaded from the afternoon sun with lots of palm trees. Did not find anything I would change. -Jim & Bernadette
Great, safe location, and I would definitely return. The unit probably needs a little updating, but we had what we needed. The cleaning staff needs to focus on details a little more.
This is our 2nd time staying at this updated, and quiet condo. What is great about this family friendly condo is, it's across the street from Charley Young Beach. One block north of the Maui famous Kihei Caffe for the best breakfast experience. This top floor unit is set back and quiet from all street noise. The birds in the monkey pod trees greet you with song every morning while you are having coffee. This condo is fully stocked for a family of seven, Updated, clean, spacious and a great value. Our family highly recommends this condo at Maui Vista.
Very enjoyable stay and convenient location to beaches, restaurants, supermarket and gift shops but still secluded from traffic .
The was condo very nice. We loved the beach access and the extra items in the condo (beach chairs, cooler, beach bag, and the snorkling equipment out on the deck.
