Maui Vista 2413 is a spacious two-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offering comfortable amenities like air conditioning, a washer/dryer, and a private covered lanai. Located on the fourth floor, this inviting unit accommodates up to 7 guests and features a California King bed in the primary bedroom, a Queen and Twin bed in the guest bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Upon entry, you'll be welcomed by a bright, airy living space with Hawaiian-inspired decor, a large flat-screen TV, and a window A/C unit for added comfort. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances, granite countertops, and a Keurig coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. An indoor dining table for four is also provided, or you can relax on the private covered lanai and enjoy tropical treetop views while dining at the table for two.
On the main floor, the serene primary bedroom offers a California King bed and a window A/C unit. Just down the hall, the main bathroom includes a shower/tub combo. Upstairs, the spacious guest bedroom features a Queen-size bed and a Twin-size bed, along with an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. For added convenience, a stackable washer/dryer is available in the unit.

If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.

I can't figure out how this unit was rated so high. I'll start with the positive.The property management company is great. We've rented from them before and we will rent from them again. They are responsive, resourceful and reliable. The location is great. The beach is across the street, Charlie Young Beach. It is a big beautiful sandy beach where you can snorkel or play in waves depending on conditions. The beach next door is where you can learn to surf at The Cove Beach. You can rent surfboards across the street or get lessons. There are great restaurants and food trucks within walking distance.The bad:The unit. It needs updating, but the layout is not good. There is not a location in the unit that fits 6 or 7 comfortably. The kitchen is big enough for 1. You can't open two things at once. If the pantry door is open, the silverware drawer across can't open. If the dishwasher is open, you can't open the fridge. It is very cramped. The room upstairs was not thought out. There are no windows that open to outside. They open to the ceiling in the common area. It gets so hot an humid up there that the smoke detector kept going off. On top of that, the washer and dryer are up there and the dryer vents into the room. Imagine sleeping in an attic on a hot day and then the heat from the dryer vents into the room. There is an AC up there, but the pipes get so hot that it heats up the room more.

In general we liked the property. Having a toddler on vacation is difficult especially in the mornings. Some of the included features of our stay were not working and took 5 days to fix.

We have been to Maui 5 times and this location is the BEST we ever stayed at. The best beach, the best restraints and plenty of shopping close enough to walk to. The rooms were very comfortable clean and with a well equipped kitchen when we wanted to cook. Master bedroom bed is great and the teenager with us loved the loft. Very pleasant view from the deck and shaded from the afternoon sun with lots of palm trees. Did not find anything I would change. -Jim & Bernadette
Great, safe location, and I would definitely return. The unit probably needs a little updating, but we had what we needed. The cleaning staff needs to focus on details a little more.
This is our 2nd time staying at this updated, and quiet condo. What is great about this family friendly condo is, it's across the street from Charley Young Beach. One block north of the Maui famous Kihei Caffe for the best breakfast experience. This top floor unit is set back and quiet from all street noise. The birds in the monkey pod trees greet you with song every morning while you are having coffee. This condo is fully stocked for a family of seven, Updated, clean, spacious and a great value. Our family highly recommends this condo at Maui Vista.
Very enjoyable stay and convenient location to beaches, restaurants, supermarket and gift shops but still secluded from traffic .
The was condo very nice. We loved the beach access and the extra items in the condo (beach chairs, cooler, beach bag, and the snorkling equipment out on the deck.
