Maui Vista 2-301 - Modern and Bright Renovation in Building 2, No Carpet, AC!

Our stay was very comfortable in this unit. We had everything we needed and if we didn't our host was quick to make it right. The king size bed was VERY comfortable. A perfect Maui vacation spot.

The place is clean and centrally located. Not well set up for anyone looking to cook at home. They only had 4 forks and had no knives suitable for cutting up fruit. The cutting boards and kitchen supplies are all quite old.

This was a great place to stay. The condo is beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect.

Wonderful place to stay when visiting Maui !! Very clean condo with everything you need to have a great vacation. The hosts were so quick with communication ! When we asked to stay an additional night they immediately returned our messages and helped us set it up. Would gladly go back to this condo again ! Thank you to the hosts for helping make our time on Maui so amazing !!

Very nice apartment, comfortable bed, good parking, well situated. Laundry pods and dish washer soap were provided as well as paper towels. The only thing I would suggest is to add some baking dishes because there is none and to provide basic cooking start-up items like cooking oil and basic spices because it is very inconvenient to have to buy those things for a short week’s stay. Initially I thought there were a lot of spices but it’s just a bunch of salt and pepper that people left behind. Also a few tea bags would be nice, this is what I am usually accustomed to. Lastly make sure to verify that the dishes in the cupboard are cleaned properly.

The property is very cute. The bed is extremely comfortable. The condos seem safe. The walk to restaurants and beaches can’t be beat. There are so many things to love about this property. I was in Maui to work and practice yoga and it really came through. There are a few things that need updating (washing machine makes very loud noises when it drains and it very old), the guest bedding needs to be replaced (my friend stayed on the pull out couch otherwise I never would have even noticed that), it seemed like someone very very heavy (?) sat in the living room chair because you sink waaaaaay in, and the cleaning staff could do a better job with the bathroom. But, most of this has zero to do with the owners, who were easy to work with and just lovely. The million dollar question is always, “Would you stay there again?” Yes, absolutely! I plan to come back next year and will hopefully do just that. Thanks for a wonderful stay!! This condo is a great mix of comfortable, easy, with pretty views of trees and birds off the patio. If you’re in the bedroom you’ll sleep like a baby. It really has everything you need. For what you get and where it is, you really can’t beat it. Thanks for having us!

Vacation maui was in a sweet spot in Kihei! The proximity to the beach was awesome and also to south maui gardens!

Great spot!! We usually always stay at Maui Vista whenever we come to the island, but this unit was one of our favorites! Very clean, matched the description perfectly, and hosts were very proactive about everything. Even checked on us to make sure we knew where to go during the tsunami. 100% recommend!!

Super easy process for us to stay in this beautiful location on Maui. The area right around was extremely walkable and we had a great time. Checking in was easy and all info we could need was provided ahead of time.

We enjoyed our time here in Kihei. This condo had everything we needed and more. We stayed a month and would have liked to stay longer.

This was our 2nd stay at this complex. We were in Bldg 2 and it was quiet and away from traffic noise. The convenience factors of having CY Beach a 5 minute walk, and having a choice of walkable restaurants and shopping venues is a plus for Maui Vista. It is an easy ride to Maalaea Harbor for whale watching and to UpCountry as well for many other things to do.

Across the street from the beach, close to food, restaurants, and shopping, well-stocked kitchen, and a very comfy mattress.

This place exceeded all my expectations! It was pristine and perfectly situated just steps away from the beach and delightful restaurants. Everything you could possibly need for your stay is right at your fingertips—truly a dream getaway!

We always enjoy our stay here and look forward to our next!

The condo's appliances are a bit dated but the proximity to the beach is awesome. I would stay again, hopefully they will have a new washing machine by then. Cheers!

We celebrated our wedding & honey moon here! Fantastic condo! We would love to stay again! Its a cute space with ease of access to the surrounding area. Only complaint would be the constant spam emails to sign up for the condo's newsletter (multiple p/day).

Nice unit in a wonderful location near beaches, shops and restaurants

The condo was beautiful and fairly well stocked. We have stayed at others that supplied some coffee samples for those late night arrivals and others with more beach gear but otherwise I wouldn't complain. We had a fantastic trip and didn't want to leave.

The cleaning fee was over $300 dollars and it was not clean to begin with. The walls were very dirty, bathtub dirty, gross grout around kitchen sink, dusty fake plants, drapery not hanging straight, hole in screen in bedroom, filthy air conditioner in bedroom. Overall…YUCK! For the amount we paid, there are much nicer places to stay!

Overall a good place to stay. It could use a deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint and new air conditioners as they were a little noisy. We had all the amenities we needed and the property managers were quick to respond and great to deal with.

Excellent place! Vey calm and peaceful area but close to the fun! The condo was clean and had everything I needed! Felt just like home! I will come back again! Thank you!
