About this property

This ground-floor two-bedroom, two-bath Maui vacation rental is decorated with a stylish tropical theme with hues of green and blue. The kitchen features full-size stainless steel appliances. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail on the covered patio. This South shore resort is located in a beautiful tropical landscape and features freshwater pond, waterfalls and orchid walls. There are amazing resort amenities - gym, pool, 2 Jacuzzis, a kiddie pool, 2 tennis courts, 3 pickleball courts, and BBQ areas, a 24-hour front desk and assigned parking. Right across the street from beautiful Kamaole Beach III.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and the ensuite bathroom has a full bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and 2nd bathroom also features a tub/shower combo. An additional sleeping option of a sofa sleeper in the living allows for a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Keep cool with the ocean breezes, ceiling fans, and Split AC system. Pack light as this condo offers a stack washer and dryer.

Complex Amenities:

  • Please Note: the main swimming pool and keiki pool will be closed on Monday, August 17, through Tuesday, August 18, 2026, to allow for scheduled maintenance.
  • Pools: 2 (Large family-style pool and children’s wading pool)
  • Jetted spa: 2 (1 designated as family and the other as adults only)
  • BBQ Area: 4 gas grills with shaded picnic areas
  • Pickleball: Three courts. Paddle rentals are available at the front desk.
  • Tennis: two courts. Rackets are available to rent with complimentary balls at the front desk.
  • Gym: Fully equipped Gym/Workout facility with an amazing view overlooking the pool facility
  • Activity area with ping pong, and other games for all ages, free lending library
  • Laundry: In unit
  • Elevator: yes, each building
  • 15-acre property beautifully landscaped with waterfalls and ponds

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location, clean, well equipped kitchen...wish you had an electric griddle for pancakes! Sliding glass door was murder to open/close.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was a little dated and the carpet needed to be replaced or at least cleaned. The smaller bedroom smelled like urine. The kitchen was adequately stocked. It was great that the unit had beach chairs that we could use. Keep in mind that the unit is not available until 4:00 PM, which is difficult if you have an early morning flight.

It needs to be adjusted. Other than those 2 items, the place was fairly pleasant.

Excellent spot across from Kamaole Beach Park Property has nice pool, small exercise room and game room Only concern was that we called the rental company several times about a lightbulb that was flashing in the kitchen, and didn’t get the responsiveness until we went online. Even then the maintenance person was unable to fix it.

Wasn't so relaxing....on the go everyday. Property was nice, good location, office staff were the best. This was much better than a hotel, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with good size living area. Only drawback was the master bedroom, the bed was firm and a little noisy when you move around. Rent this place!
