Maui Sunset B222 Oceanfront 2BR/2BA Condo Large Lanai

Wonderful spot. Everything you need with beautiful sunsets and reasonably priced rentals for all the activities you could think of.

This place was incredible. The three of us were very comfortable in the large space. The sunrises and sunsets were lovely from the lanai or the walkway area. We did not use the pool but it looked great. We are eager to stay again.

Everything was as pictured. The air conditioners worked well and kept the condo at a comfortable temp, day and night. The view was spectacular and we loved our daily walks on the beach, leaving straight from the condo. Mahalo Terry!

This apartment was perfect!! Excellent location, lots of room for my party of 6 and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool, the gym, the beach were all great. We of course drove all over the island but there was a lot within walking distance. The host was fast to respond and very pleasant and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful view of the Maui sunsets from the lanai which faces the ocean. Nice walks on the beach. Location centrally located.

We had a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and space for our family of 5. The condo is a little dated, although bathrooms and kitchen were updated. We enjoyed the little rec area, hot tub, and sunset from the lanai.

Our stay at the Maui sunset was nothing short of spectacular! Terry's place has the best view of the sun setting behind the West Maui mountains. The pool was clean and well-kept, the condo had everything we needed to make dinner or breakfast in, we saw sea turtles on the beach directly behind the complex, and Kihei is not only an awesome town but a great jumping off point for all things Maui. What a memorable stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Great communication with the property manager. Good location. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby that we frequented. Not too far from some of the best beaches. I miss the views from the patio. We appreciated all the extra power outlets and washer and dryer. It was quiet at night. I loved seeing all of the dogs out every evening on the lawn living their best lives. Family friendly environment. Thankful for the beach umbrella and chairs that was available for use.

Loved the condo and the location. Most comfortable with everything we needed. Plus, magical sunsets as described. Hope to return!

The view from the balcony took my breath away!

Wonderful condo, equipped with everything you need. We used the snorkel gear and had a great snorkel experience. The grounds are beautiful!!!!

Beautiful view

It was great to have the beautiful view every day. Communication with Host was easy and fast very convenient. I i really like also was that in the condo there is a washer and dryer this was super convenient since there is the beach and the pool. Cleaning lady was very nice and got us what we needed to fast

As advertised. Sunset on the lanai was absolutely beautiful every single day. Location is great and place has awesome views of the ocean. Could hang out on the lanai all evening as it was awesome. Everything worked perfectly and was fantastic for our family. Perfect spot for hitting up south Maui beaches and such and not far from airport or other Maui sites. Wonderful stay. Thanks again!

Safe area, lots of activities near by. Close to food, shopping, gas. Awesome Sandy beach. Place was very clean, comfortable beds. Great for couples or family. Pool, hot tub and grounds well kept. Centrally located, easy to reach any part of the island.

This property has everything one would want - great location for all the Maui has to offer, 2 bedrooms AND 2 bathrooms arranged in a way that offers good privacy for two families traveling together, well-stocked kitchen, beachfront (and all of the equipment you would need for a day at the beach), pool, shuffle board, tennis (we didn't use all that but it was nice that it was there), close to stores (but not too close) and a reasonable price for Maui. I really have no criticisms and would love to stay here again. Have stayed in several places on Maui (including the Grand Wailea) and this one was the best. The Grand Wailea is, well, grand but you get a room not an apartment, it is a long drive to a lot of Maui attractions, and it costs a fortune.

This condo was so cute. It was perfect for my family which included 2 young kids. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The grounds of the condo were great- we loved the pool. Unfortunately there had been a storm that came through the day before we checked in (a lot of rain and wind). Due to this the neighborhood that the condo was located in was full of mud. When I say full of mud- I mean that the roads all around the condo were closed and were being plowed out. It made it very difficult to get around. We were checking in later in the day and had a very difficult time getting to the property (and we had no notice of this from the property owner). Upon check in I was told from the nice lady in the office that unfortunately when there is heavy rains in the area(which is not uncommon in the winter) this is what happens. It also meant that we were unable to go in the ocean at the beach because it was brown and full of mud which was incredibly disappointing because part of the reason we picked this place was because it was on the beach. We stayed here for 3 days and the entire time we could not swim at the beach and the roads around the property were closed. Again beautiful condo, beautiful pool, and beautiful view. It just would have been nice to know that if you are coming when there is a potential for heavy rains, it will be very difficult to navigate around the area and the beach will not be useable.

Our stay was amazing. The owner is on top of the vacation game. The condo was well maintained and equipped. The view from the balcony was outstanding. The unit came with plenty of beach essentials. The area is great for sight seeing and water sports.

The location is great - close to everything. The grounds are immaculate and so many things to do. The pool and hot tub are large, bbqs are clean and the tiki torches lighting the pool and bbqs are a really nice touch. The condo is spacious, very comfortable and clean. Boogie boards and beach chairs, coolers, etc. were great. The best part is the huge lanai with a view of the ocean - we ate dinner outside every night. The property manager was also super responsive and helpful.

Great condo & property. Has everything you need. Beach was beautiful but only good for wind surfing as too windy & had many rocks. Luckily its only 7 minutes away from other swimmable beaches. Close to everything!!

We had a great time at the Maui sunset. The host, Terry, was always quick at answered questions and very helpful. We found the condo was clean and very accommodating for our family. The location and view of the beach and sunset were great. The condo has plenty of amenities as does the Maui sunset (pool, bbq, tennis, park). It’s also well located in Kihei close to all services. This is a great place. Photos don't really give you as good of a feel for the grounds. Incredible view, fantastic grounds with all kinds of activities and pool/spa. Inside, the condo is great. Well stocked with everything you need for a beach, and in the kitchen. AC works great. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed on 3 of the islands and this was our favorite VRBO rental of the 3 we stayed at. It had everything we needed and an awesome view. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the view even more. Thanks so much for sharing your place!
