From our private lanai you’ll enjoy watching beautiful sun rises over top of Mt Haleakala as you sip your morning coffee,, and at days end, watch those famous Hawaiian sunsets right from our lanai. Or stroll along the beach enjoying days end at the calm ocean and beautiful views.
From our bedroom and walkway enjoy views to West Maui mountains and toward Kahului

Fully furnished, includes a full kitchen with new appliances and everything needed to prepare most any meal, In-unit washer and dryer, sleeping arrangements for up to 4 persons. D-style floor plan unique to Maui Sunset.
Queen size bed in the bedroom, queen size sofa bed and a day bed.
All rates quoted are Double Occupancy. Additional guests are $10 per guest per night.
Kayak, windsurf, and kite-surf with drive-up beach access at the adjoining county park.

Manicured grounds, large swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, exercise room, sauna, four shuffle board courts, and even a putting green.

We are centrally located near shops, restaurants, souvenirs, groceries, Maui activities and just minutes from the championship golf courses
Cancellation Policy:
$100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 45 days prior to arrival for low season, 60 days for high season. All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 45 days of scheduled arrival – 60 days for high season.
Check in time is 3 pm or later.
Check out is by 11 am.
A Late Check out might be available and includes additional fees, and it must be approved before a final payment is made. Please ask us about this.
Non Smoking condo includes Lanai.
Resort has two designated smoking locations.

Great place!! Lots of space and beautiful views
Stayed in late December, 2024. Saw whales and turtles from the beach right outside the condo! Views are great. Pool/hot tub areas are very nice and well kept! Condo worked well for us. Only issue was the cleanliness, but comfortable and upgraded as mentioned. Host allowed a late checkout for us which was great! Overall, would stay again. Love South Maui!!
Lovely condo. Nice pool area and on the ocean with great sunset views right from the lanai. Convenient location in central Kehei. A thoroughly enjoyable week. We would love to comeback.
The unit we stayed in was not clean. Dryer had a birds nest in the lint tray. Location of unit was great tho.
Loved the condo, there was plenty of space for our family of 4. When the AC stopped working, the onwners acted very promptly on making sure it got fixed asap. We will definitely be back again.
Wow, what a great location in Kihei! A little north of the hustle and bustle, but still close to everything. Plus, the beach access was fantastic. The apartment was as expected and loved the two bathrooms. We would come back!
Great place to relax by the pool.
I really enjoyed our stay at Maui Sunset. It is a perfect location next to everything you’ll need! This was my second time in Maui and if I whenever I return I will definitely stay at this property. The grounds are well kept and clean. I enjoyed being able to BBQ and relax by the pool after a full day of activities.

The condo was great. It had all the amenities and extras (beach chairs and towels, etc.) to make our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended. One note: the toilet paper holder in the small bathroom needs to be replaced.
Clean, in a good location with a view of the ocean. Nice pool and hot tub.The park next to the ocean is really great.Nice and quiet. Beach chairs and towels were a plus. Suggestion: provide a kettle for tea drinkers, pour hot water into a cup from a pan is a little dicey.Good value for money.Earl was a delight to work with !
