This gorgeous condo has been remodeled top to bottom and is the perfect place for your Maui stay. New décor throughout, including upgraded king mattresses in both bedrooms and a brand new queen sleeper sofa. The condo features Smart TV's in each room & a washer/dryer for your convenience. Sit outside on the lanai and enjoy the view and beauty that surrounds you. Kihei is noted for its year round sunshine, balmy trade winds, and soothing evening air. It is one of the driest and sunniest areas on the entire island!

Good and clean property with easy check in
The location was located right on the beach. Access to our vehicle was easy and we can see our car from the room. The elevators worked great. The pool was clean. The grounds were kept nice. The parking seemed secure and spacious. The rooms were clean. There was a bit of a gnat problem, but there was a huge storm which brought in a lot of moisture. I could overlook that as I know there wasn't much that could be done about it. The A/C units worked exceptionally well. The showers were spacious. The living area was comfy. I also liked the outside sitting area. It's a good size and didn't feel cramped. We also used the provided cooler which was nice! Lots of amenities like lawn chairs and umbrellas... we didn't use them, but nice to have available. There was some confusion as to whether or not we were to wash the bedding and towels, but it wasn't a huge deal. We washed them even though it turned out we didn't have to. The neighborhood felt safe. I didn't feel uneasy at all and I tend to be a worrier. Overall, it was a nice place. I'd recommend it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very expensive for this holiday stay, comfortable. Great location and expansive ground with a nice beach. Master bath is too small and not too clean when checked in. We found all cleaning equipments inside the second bedroom closet which is not acceptable. Rental should provide better towels for the bath and pool. Those are difficult to pack.No problem with parking.

Beautiful spot, near turtle sanctuary. Centrally located on island. Plenty to do. Grounds maintained well too!
