Beautiful, Ground Floor Condo, Steps to the Pool and Beach

Beautiful condo but we were disappointed on the cleanliness when we arrived. Host responded quickly and offered to resend the cleaners which was appreciated but we had already cleaned it due to how bad it was when we arrived. It was nice to have all the kitchen and bathroom essentials provided for us. Although they do not have AC they have a nice set up and provided you with plenty of fans we just wish we were able to leave the sliding door open but unfortunately the screen didn't lock. It was a little tight having a family of 6 but overall it ended up being a great stay with a beautiful view and the pool was super clean!

The beach view was obstructed. We could not check into the room till 4 PM. There was no air-conditioning in the unit. Part of our stay was infested with fungus gnats. The owner informed us that the whole island has these fungus gnats. She said it’s part of a tropical vacation. She said close the windows and doors. I told her that is impossible because we are at a tropical location with no air-conditioning.

Our stay at Lisa & Andrew's condo was wonderful! Literally a dozen steps from the lanai to a well maintained pool. View of the ocean directly across the street! We could relax in the living room and easily hear the ocean waves. The unit is exactly as shown in photos and it was more than enough space for three adults and one child (who is now insisting on her own bunkbed!). I love the separate and spacious bathrooms. The kitchen is one of the best stocked we have experienced on Vrbo OR other rental sites. We did not have to purchase anything other then our groceries. I did not notice the lack of A/C , even though it is posted on the description which I missed, however the breeze coming through from the ocean and the fans in the unit were more then adequate. The beds were all comfortable and one of the adults kept napping on the large comfy sofa! Everything you would need for the beach is provided. The property is well maintained by the manager (Lisa) who was pleasant and on top of things. We had no issues at all on our trip despite some quick building maintenance which didnt affect us at all, and would love to stay again. Thank you so much for having us.

Our family of five fit perfectly in this condo during our spring break trip. We experienced a Kona Low storm during our stay that altered a lot of our plans and we spent more time than wanted at the condo. Thankfully we didn't run out of power like other condos and the management communicated very well during the whole storm to keep us updated on happenings with the condo. Thankfully there were some games and a puzzle to keep us occupied while rained in the couple of days. When we were able to get out, this is a great central location to all the activities. We also walked to many places to eat. The breeze that flows through with the fans also keep the place cool and had no trouble sleeping at night as it cooled down.

We enjoyed our all too brief stay at Maui Parkshore. One of the best suite locations in the building on the ground floor right next to the pool. All the amenities we needed including beach chairs, beach umbrella and toys. Great beaches within walking distance and excellent shopping not far away. Communication was excellent. Thank you.

The host was excellent. Very helpful and had great tips. The condo was a great location and was perfect for our family getaway. It also had Wii mario kart which was awesome for the kids for some down time out of the sun. The condo was filled with everything we needed plus a few extras like a beach umbrella, beach chairs and beach toys. I would recommend this condo to others.

It was a great place, we enjoyed wine from our host and just relaxed and enjoyed it.

The condo was exactly what was represented. Everything was explained clearly and it was super easy to find thanks to the check in instructions.

Lisa and Andrew were very helpful with questions we had prior to arriving and the room was just as described. If we ever come back to Maui we will be sure to look for availability here.

The location was the best you could find. Clean place, has lots of tools at the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay a lot! The only thing I’d mention - would’ve be helpful if we had more than just 2 dishwasher pods. Would recommend 100%

The condo was comfortable, clean, and organized. It is conveniently located close to eateries and shops. The beach is across the street. We appreciated the availability of beach chairs and an umbrella. The owner is very responsive with any questions/concerns.

Great location for exploring Maui and right across street from beach.

We absolutely loved the location—ideal for families, with beautiful, family-friendly beaches just a short stroll away, excellent dining options, and easy access to all the island's attractions. The primary bedroom was incredibly comfortable, and the two spacious bathrooms were a real bonus for our group. With two adults and four teens/children, we never felt cramped. The indoor and outdoor dining areas were a highlight, and the fully equipped kitchen made meals a breeze. The peaceful, friendly neighbors also added to the overall charm of the place. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient getaway!

We loved our location! Right across the street from the beach and bottom floor! We could walk over and watch the sunset every night over the pacific. This was a great spot to explore the island. We covered it all and returned home to sleep all 6 of us comfy at night. They have a well stocked kitchen and we used the grill one night as well. Would recommend this location to all friends in the future.

Six family members were visiting Maui families and sightseeing and snorkeling. The ground floor unit had perfect bedding, bathrooms,and well stocked kitchen. Easy to get to assigned parking space. Plus across the street is a great park and beach. Easy checking and out. Manger available fot questions. Excellent location to enjoy the beach and explore Maui.We will be back 😊

SUPER convenient location in Kihei—steps from the pool, beach, and local attractions. Central to exploring everything Maui has to offer. Highly recommend staying here for your Maui adventure!

We booked our trip kind of last minute for a Maui vacation (4 weeks out) so I was a little nervous about finding good lodging at a fair price. I don't know why this place had not been snatched up before and we were so happy with everything. The bathrooms were updated with showers nicer than what I have at home. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had the basics of what you need for a vacation. The location was great. We could walk right outside the door and across the street to a great beach and we could walk to restaurants. It was a good location on the island and easy to get to a lot of things. The host sent me a very complete email with everything I needed to know about the property and surrounding area. We would stay here again.

We had a great time staying at this property. It had everything we needed and the location is closed to a lot of restaurants and shops. We enjoyed walking across the street to the beach, you can hear the waves at night which was very soothing and we were woken up by singing birds in the mornings which was lovely. Overall, I would definitely recommend this location. Thank you!

First time VRBO users. The condo unit was exactly as stated in the listings and the instructions/directions were clear. The check-in process was easy and any questions or communication we had with the host was pleasant and prompt. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Kihei was a perfect spot for us on the island.

We loved the condo and the proximity to the beach and Kihei. The beds were super comfy!! We didn't take the time to figure out the cable TV system and weren't able to watch local news, but the stay was great. You and your family were very hospitable and accommodating with our vacation.
