“Welcome to our tropical paradise! After staying in many different condominiums over the years, we have tried to incorporate everything important to us into our condo. There is air conditioning for added comfort, although the cross breezes are wonderful. We have an open, modern kitchen with appliances and everything you will need for cooking. In the laundry closet, you will find a Bosch stackable washer and dryer.
From the lanai, we have the most spectacular sunsets with views of Maui to the north and the island of Lana'i to the west. Turtles can always be seen frolicking in the ocean and in the winter, whale watching is a favorite pastime. The balcony-height table and chairs on the lanai seat four and the one in the dining area has seating for six. If you want plenty of space, head to the fabulous rooftop garden where you will find grills and tables.
The bedding is very comfortable with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds that can be made into a king in the guest room. The sea life theme is apparent as soon as you open the door, where you will be greeted with turtles on the tile floor.
To add to your enjoyment, we have provided free wireless internet and phone service with free long-distance calls within the US and Canada. You will find a CD player with iPod hookups, in addition to a large high-definition flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray/DVD player in the living room. The bedrooms have flat-screen TVs as well.”

Condo was in a great location in Kihei. Has a beautiful pool which was well maintained. Our lanai overlooked the ocean where we could see turtles and whales daily. Look forward to staying here again. Easy check in. Had a great Christmas here.
We spotted turtles from the balcony every single day, and even caught a few meteors during the evening shower—such a memorable experience. Although the ocean out front was great for snorkeling, the water was a bit rough during our visit, so we opted out.The property itself was beautifully maintained. The grounds were immaculate, and the pool was cleaned at least once a day—always sparkling. We also enjoyed grilling on the rooftop one evening, which was a fantastic bonus.Everything in the unit was clean and in perfect working order. Best of all, the management company was exceptional—one of the best we’ve ever worked with. They checked in by call and text throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Truly top-notch service!

Everything was lovely. Well equipped, and comfortable. Location was excellent close to lots of great restaurants and beaches.
Wonderful location right on the beach with full ocean view. Walking distance to many Kihei restaurants and shops. Very quiet and relaxing! Had a great time with our 2 adult daughters.

This unit is very clean and comfortable. Nice and updated. Fabulous view from the balcony!. Steps to the beach. Good beach chairs and towels provided. Convenient location for restaurants and shops, coffee, etc. Great natural foods market across the street. Loved it all. Love Kihei!!
Great property and location
We have stayed at the Royal Mauian for over a decade and love the property and the location. The property management company was fantastic and easy to work with. The location of the unit and the view are incredible. The decor and furniture of the unit are dated and dark.
Between two beaches, if you want a quick snorkel just go out in front. Every unit has beach ocean view and this unit looks right at sunset. The unit has been redone very nice light and airy. The property is very well maintained and we have been coming here starting in the 80’s. I would come back to this unit next time we come. Very nice and well equipped.
We had a wonderful time staying here with our 1 and 3 year old. The location was perfect for sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view while the kids napped, and for watching the sunset each night. Its just a quick walk to Kam I and II, and we enjoyed some great restaurants and ice cream just across the street. There were beach toys, beach chairs, a cooler, and a boogie board available for our use. The only negative is the loud/hot AC vent on the deck which drowns out the sound of the waves when it’s on. We would definitely stay here again, and have actually stayed in the same building before we had kids. When thinking about naps and early bedtime, we knew there was no other view we’d want to have!
