Sugar Beach PH31 Front Row Amazing Oceanviews in Highly Upgraded Unit

Amazing views from the kitchen and balcony. Incredible grill area located near the beach and pool.

The unit was nicely renovated, well equipped and had everything we needed. Its on the top floor with a spectacular view. The instructions provided by the property management company were very good and we had no problems entering the unit when we arrived. There are beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels provided. The complex is maintained very well!

The view was fantastic and we really enjoyed sitting out on the deck! The apartment was clean and as the pictures looked. It was nice to have the beach chairs, towels, and cooler provided to use. Parking was also very easy.

The view was beautiful. Unobstructed. The Condo is updated with nice decor and was clean. Love the number of hanging hooks they provided! The kitchen had what we needed (we cooked just one or two meals there), a nice set of knives but the utensils could use some refreshing such as an extremely wobbly spatula that made it hard to use. Had I known, I could have picked one up at Target! It would have been nice to have some Ziplock bags or saran wrap. There was a small roll of foil, but we felt that was the bare minimum in this caliber of condo.We were there on the heels of the storm, and many were still trying to get on top of the situation. The deck was very dirty with a rolled up wet rug which we never unrolled. Our feet were filthy and gross as a result we were constantly aware of walking through the unit and mopped it a few times. Again, we chalked this up to the aftermath of the kona low.

The view from this condo was incredible. We saw whales and had incredible sunsets without having to go anywhere. It was so nice to have direct access to Sugar Beach-to take walks, enjoy the view and sit and soak it in. The coolers, towels and chairs were very handy and much appreciated. We also liked the convenience of Dina's Sandwitches on site - great food. Would love to see a few more upgrades to the place like a new microwave and more/new glasses, silverware & kitchen supplies.

The view from the lanai is breathtaking. Sunsets are always memorable. The location is perfect as well. Morning beach walks to Sugar Beach Bakery are a must!

Sugar Beach Resort is nice. The room was good but could use a few things like toilet paper. I would recommend this place. The biggest disappointment is the ocean in Kihei. The water looks brown and not very inviting . Overall I liked the room and the poolAre.

We had a great time staying at this condo on Maui. The views from the lanai are spectacular. We saw whales! The condo was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook inside or grill out but it’s also easy to take a short ride for lunch or dinner and daily excursions. I would definitely recommend staying here for your trip to Maui!

The Condo had everything you needed for a stay. Beautiful views from lani. Seen a few whales sitting having coffee from there. Really only complaint was there were no curtians to block sun out. I relize they may do it for the view. And no stove exhaust for when your cooking, could get a little smoke filled room. Other then that we only hung out in it at night to sleep. It is on a quieter part of the beach. Really only compl

It was clean, nice& a pretty quiet place. Our bed was comfortable but it was squeaky which was annoying. Even when one of us moved it would wake the other person.Other than that, it was awesome!THANK YOU! Super helpful lady at the rental shop!

great pool and beach

The balcony view is mesmerizing and will make every night breathtaking. The location is perfect as it is centrally located. Being close to Sugar Beach Bakery and Ululani's allows for beach walks for breakfast or dessert. Everything was perfect.

Gorgeous location. Pool was crowded and noisy so we skipped that. The outlets in the kitchen were blown so the microwave wasn’t operational. I’m sure they would have fixed it but we didn’t want to spend our time messing with it. I didn’t like that the bathroom was in the bedroom - but that’s more of a personal preference. The floors were very dirty - they were swept but this place hasn’t seen a mop in awhile. All that said, the views are worth the other issues.

Great views of Beach

My friend and I loved staying at Sugar Beach PH#31. All the photos were accurate. The weather was perfect and being steps away from the beachfront was glorious. The calm water and beautiful sunsets, whether on the balcony or beachfront, gave me a sense of peace and rest. I wish I had another week and would definitely stay here again! Mahalo!

We loved our stay. The unit was great with most beautiful views. It was so amazing being able to sit on the lanai watching the waves with the occasional turtle. The only complaint we have is the last 2 days someone in another unit was smoking on their lanai and it smelt so bad that we would have to go inside.

Property as described. Very clean. All amenities excellent

We had a wonderful time! The place was perfect! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and beach! The pool/beach items provided were great! The view was priceless!!! Having coffee on the deck over the ocean was so relaxing. Great communication with host. Will definitely come again!

Comfortable and beautiful views

Very nice stay. The pictures do justice to the actual unit; beautiful view. Centrally located to the many enjoyable activities there are to experience in Maui. Ants seem to be an issue on condo decks in Maui, especially when the wind is blowing from the north. Made eating on the lanai difficult. Certainly not the owner's fault. We would stay here again.

Enjoyed the deck for the ocean and whale watching! Beautiful! Good location as well! Condo had some nice amenities, but I imagine the owners would be extremely disappointed in the cleaning of their unit. We had black feet and socks within minutes after being respectful of their property and not wearing shoes inside. There were Doritos on the floor, the stove still had egg (or something) on it, and the deck didn’t appear to have been cleared of dead bugs (although they did seem to gather quickly). The hallways to the condos needed to be cleaned as well. Could be a much nicer experience. Cleaning crew…do better for the sake of your homeowners and guests.

We enjoyed everything about this unit! The views were amazing. We watched whales spray everyday just sitting on the lanai. The unit was clean, updated, and well decorated.
