Communication and emails on time, access to the unit with door code super easy. Easy parking and centralized island location is perfect. Clean unit and well organized. The views all day long from this place as your temporary home make this place a 10 out of 10. My only regret was not booking the whole week here. Excellent place to stay! Highly recommend!

The view was amazing, just as advertised! Centrally located to anywhere you wanted to go. The pool and hot. Tub were enjoyable, people were froendly. Loved our stay! o.

We stayed here at the sugar beach resort condo we had an ocean front condo on the third floor. Nice little condo . Nice pool area, wasn’t that busy .Nice beach area . Great spot to enjoy the water I like that they had lots of lounge chairs by the pool and the front lawn.Check in was easy and people were very friendly .

My spouse and I stayed at Sugar Beach for the 2nd year in a row. We enjoyed our vacation in Kihei, and thought the location at Sugar Beach was a great location. We stayed in a different condo last year. This year, we paid $100 more a night. We thought it would be nice to have a corner room with views from 2 sides. Unfortunately, it was NOT worth the additional price. When we arrived in the evening, we were unable to get into our condo. The wrong code had been sent to us. It was late, and we sat by the pool waiting to get the correct information. When we saw the place the first day in the day light, I was surprised how very dirty the place was. NOT clean at all. One of the most disappointing things about the condo, was I ended up having to see my doctor the day after I returned home, since I had bug bites all over my body. I always sat on the sofa, and my husband never sat on it. Every day I noticed I had small red dots on my legs, then arms, and every day I continued to have more. I did not spend any time on the beach in the sand, and only a couple hours a few days at the pool. My doctor and I came to the conclusion they were bug bites from the sofa, that later I had a bad reaction to. I HIGHLY recommend that the condo be bug bombed immediately. I love Kihei, Maui, and would go back again, but I will not stay at another condo listed by Vrbo. The one we stayed in last year was not through Vrbo. Last year, our room had an awesome welcome gift basket which was appreciated!

The property was well maintained and in a beautiful location, also conveniently located near amazing coffee shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Positive Easy access to property, ample parking, ocean front, 3rd floor. Improvement Watch the automatic door lock, check to see if it fully retracts, increase the temp of the hot water in the shower.

Stayed for 4 days. View is everything you want & more. Condo had everything you need so just bring your clothes. Great communication with property management.

I had a great stay at Sugar Beach Resort. The condo was clean and perfect for me. Had everything i needed just as if i was at home. The bed was comfy. The view from the lanai was absolute perfection. Will be back. .hocomplnt

We had a great time, walking along the beach. My husband and I would go for a walk to the right or to the left for about half an hour to 45 minutes and then back. The only thing that could’ve been better is it would’ve been great to have Salt and pepper for cooking or dining.

This was our first time staying in North Kehei, I will never stay anywhere else on the island, the condo has the perfect view, the staff at the resort were amazing, they have an activity center on site and the owner gave us some amazing recommendation on things to do that we have never thought of before. We rented some body boards from them and it was perfect! The beds were comfy and it was walking distance to an ABC store for last minute needs. We will defiantly be staying here again!

Unit was clean and well furnished. The balcony was great for relaxing. Other family members in different units had gift baskets, bottled water and extra coffee. That would have been nice to have in our unit. Barely enough toiletries. In all it was a pleasant stay,

We always enjoy staying at the Sugar Beach condos. Having an ocean view is the best. The condo had a very comfy bed and pullout couch. We would recommend the condo for a beautiful stay on Maui.

Everything was great, most all necessary items were present in the kitchen; could use a water or juice pitcher. Linens were clean, bed was comfy, we left a maintenance request at the front desk because the bathroom sink drained REALLY slowly. Fabulous ocean view with LOTs of humpbacks splashing across the horizon. Definitely would come back.

Great location. Loved walking the beach every day - right outside the front door! Watched whales from the balcony. Pool was nice, as was the grilling area. The little restaurant/bar on the property was very convenient. Location of the property was close to Kihei shops and restaurants. Condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Would recommend to friends and would definitely rent again!

A nice one-bedroom in possibly the best beachfront condo in Kihei.

Great central location off the busy part of the strip. Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was extremely clean, lots of extras in the kitchen which was surprisingly great! We just had to buy food - pots, pans, dishes and utensils were all provided. We loved the fact that the room is on a corner so we have extra windows and it's a quiet location. (There was a party in the pool area one night but folks departed at 11pm which was perfect!) We'll be recommending this room to friends!
