Coin operated Washer/Dryer located on the 3rd and 5th floors for your convenience. The cost is $4.00 per load and quarters are available for exchange at the front desk.

Sugar Beach offers several miles of sandy coastline; excellent for swimming, stand up paddle boarding, snorkeling, kayaking or canoeing. This is the perfect beach for morning or sunset walks and to spot turtles! There are also several tide pools along the walk that may interest the younger beach combers.
The complex is located right next to the Kihei Canoe Club, where you can watch avid canoe paddlers launch off of this beautiful beach. Come witness a true Hawaiian art and tradition! The property is only a 15 minute drive from the Kahului (OGG) airport and even closer to the Maalaea Harbor.
Be sure to stop by the Kealia Pond National Wildlife Refuge on your stroll and take advantage of the wooden boardwalk to look out onto the glassy waters and lush foliage of this natural reserve.
