Fantastic 4th Floor Views of Ocean, Pool & Haleakala

Our stay at this unit was perfect. Having stayed at Sugar Beach Resort a couple times, we cannot imagine a better location to enjoy Maui. The beach was incredible for our daily walks. Walking on Sugar Beach each day was wonderful. The central location is perfect for drives to many sights (Hana, Haleakala, many hidden beaches, wonderful restaurants), whale watching (from shore and tours), and just walking on the long beach right at the doorstep. The stay was enhanced by the host actively communicating through our booking, planning, arrival, and visit to Maui. Her assistance and suggestions before and during our visit was appreciated. She has the condo very well stocked with appliances, basic household supplies, and many other things not expected in rentals. We were immediately at home with all we needed. This made is so easy for us to live on Maui for the month of our stay.The lanai view is amazing with great sunrise views and a shaded lanai in the afternoon. Sunsets on the beach are equally incredible and only steps away. Having Dina's Sand Witch onsite for a local bar was a positive for us also.We will keep this Sugar Beach unit on our list of places to stay again. We also will recommend this specific rental and host to our friends looking for their own Maui Magic escape. For anyone looking for a rental on Maui, this one should be on your short list!

This condo has everything you need. It sets the bar for what a rental should be. As others have said all you need to bring is your clothes and sunblock. The host provides the rest!This is the most well appointed and clean property we have stayed in. The kitchen has all appliances you need, all the spices, baking, entertaining and storage dishes needed. The washer and dryer in the condo is a nice convenience too. The bed is comfortable.The Beach equipment is all in good working condition, pool noodles, chairs, umbrella, mats and coolers.The host is great at communication and even provided some great tips based on our interests. The property is well represented in the photos and the location is great, right on the beach, quick access to anywhere on the island and the property grounds and pool are well maintained.

This was our second time staying at Sugar Beach Resort. We love it here ! The condo has everything you need for an easy stay, literally you just need to bring your clothes and bathing suit! Linda is an amazing host, very communicative and caring of her guests. Sugar beach resort itself is an awesome place to spend the day by the pool or at the beach, with easy access to other parts of the island from this location. The lanai has views of the water and is a great place to sit and have your morning coffee. We will definitely return to this property again

Linda and her condo were beyond excellent! It was spotlessly clean, had a gorgeous view and was so cozy and comfortable inside. My partner and I loved staying here. Linda was very communicative before and during our stay. We appreciated all of the info she shared and a tip she passed along saved us a boatload on the car rental. Linda has thought of everything and more. Her condo is so well stocked that it might be better than your home! Cupboards and closets have labels and notes to help make your stay even more organized and smooth. The towels were thick and soft- so luxurious! The kitchen has every gadget, tool and appliance you can think of. There were coffee pods and tea bags and the most thoughtful care package greeted us on the table! What I loved most about this property was the peace and quiet day and night. If you're looking to party, don't stay here. We loved everything about it. Staying at Linda's condo ruined me for the next condo we stayed in on another island ;) My expectations were much higher when I left Linda's. You will not be disappointed staying here. The property has everything you need and Linda was the BEST host!

We've stayed at many VRBO's and we have one of our own as well. Linda wins! She has absolutely everything you need. I even took pictures because I adore her organization so much. Bed was so comfortable and she even shared spices! We BBQ'd almost every night. The view of Molikini while i worked on the couch soothed my soul.

This was our 2nd stay at this condo. We couldn’t be more happy with the condo, our host Linda and Sugar Beach Resort. Linda had everything we needed in the condo. The bed was extremely comfortable, the view from the lanai was perfect. We highly recommend Sugar Beach Resort and Linda’s condo. We can’t wait to come back and will be booking this condo again. I can not say enough about this property, location, and owner communication! It was exactly as described- and MORE! They had literally everything we needed, from spot clearer to Goo-Gone! It was shocking the amount of thought and details that were in place to ensure an amazing stay! We appreciated the Welcome Gift(S), the cleanliness, and amazing views (that were true to the photos)! The location was excellent as well! There was options to drive less than 30 mins to get to local beaches, and lots of spots within 10-15 mins that you can Lyft to! The next time we are in Maui- this is where we will stay!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This property was so well stocked. You truly just need to bring your clothes and sunscreen. Everything is supplied from a fully stocked kitchen to beach supplies. Even a suitcase scale!! The property is wonderful and the pool is cleaned every morning.

We LOVED our stay here! We wish we could have stayed much longer! Not a detail was overlooked. The unit was lovely and had everything we could have ever needed! Clean and tidy! We loved being right on the beach! It was so nice to walk the beach every morning and see the canoes rowing by, plus there was always an open chair for lounging under the palm trees! This unit also had a clear view of Haleakala’s summit! It was so cool to be able to see the observatory on all of the clear days we had! It was also a great location! Only about 15 minutes from the airport and so convenient to most of the Maui hot spots! The owner was a pleasure to deal with! Her responses were very quick and helpful, and she was very accommodating! She provided lots of information! Communication was fantastic from booking, leading up to the trip, during our stay, and even after we returned home! We would absolutely stay here again on future trips!

It was a very nice relaxing time at Sugar Beach Resort. Would definitely come again.

I’ve been to Maui a few times before - I usually stay on the west side but we chose Kihei this time because of its more central location and drier weather patterns. Sugar beach is absolutely stunning - soft sand, and grass areas to lounge. Right on the ocean, the condo is spectacular! Linda thinks of EVERYTHING prior to your stay. The condo is extremely clean. It’s stocked with coolers, beach chairs, swim noodles, umbrella, beach bags, charging stations etc! The bed and pillows are comfortable with very nice linens. The air conditioning/fan is quiet and comfortably efficient. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and eat down at the beach. The balcony is amazing from sunrise to sunset. The pool, and amenities are great as well! Everything was just perfect! Communicating with Linda was a breeze as well. She was always available to ask questions and when I inquired about her having an iron there she encouraged me that “I didn’t need to iron anything while on Maui time” 😂 I, in fact, did not iron ANYTHING while at Sugar Beach. I wore the same three outfits over and over and laundered in between. Linda feels like a friend to me at this point - even sharing photos of our travels with her, and she sharing some of her beautiful photos with me. She is a blessing to anyone who crosses her path and I feel so grateful to have stayed in her condo and had the opportunity to enjoy Sugar Beach. Trust me, just book it! It’s perfect!
