Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In general was okay, honestly we didn't like it was construction during the whole time of our stay there, not able to use elevator and caution tape every where around, I understand that need it to do the work but also need it to inform guest that during the stay will be construction going on

Spotless and really nice extras. Things like plenty of towels, pillows, kitchen things, etc. The view from the balcony is amazing and the view from the bedrooms is a wonderful view of the mountains. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc were within walking distance. Great communication from the host.

We had a wonderful stay at this Kihei condo. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and everything we wanted to explore. The views from the decent size lanai were absolutely amazing and made every morning and evening special. We especially appreciated the beach gear—it made our beach days so easy. And the rooftop sunsets were fantastic, a perfect way to end each day in Maui. We’d happily stay here again!Pros: The view — so expansive and lovely to just sit and have a cocktail while we watch the ocean/sunsets. The close and walkable location to many stores and restaurants. We were warned about the construction that would be happening but were not impacted by it and rarely heard any of it from inside our room. The beds were comfy and we slept well. Cons: No welcome package, as we have experienced in other rentals. The condenser on the lanai gave off a lot of heat and made it uncomfortable to sit out there during the day or early evening unless you turn off all of the A/Cs. The condo could use some updates, for example, the screen door to the lanai needs to be replaced, the backsplash in the kitchen and the bathrooms also needs some updating.

Pictures don’t do it justice - the view is amazing from the lanai. Super clean, quiet, and cute. Well stocked with what you need. It’s at the end of the building so only one unit past you and so almost no foot traffic going by the unit. Comfortable and conveniently located. We feel we found a gem and would highly recommend a stay here.

Great view and walkable town.

this is a great condo! it's not fancy but it's extremely functional and both king beds as well as the sofa bed (which is very unusual) were very comfortable which is my priority when travelling. we had a couple of minor issues arise and the guest services were amazing! they really went above and beyond in ensuring a smooth, relaxing visit! the view and location are phenomenal, it was very quiet, we would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at KBR. It was close to shopping and restaurants. Had Awesome view of the ocean from the condo.

GREAT location across the street from Kamole 1. Great view from the lanai. We had breakfast there every morning. It was stocked with all the beach stuff you need like chairs and umbrellas. The beds are really very firm which was a little uncomfortable and there are things like the bathrooms and doorknobs that could use some updating, but overall we were very happy with the property.
