This lovely 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is situated in the hotel zone and just a stone's throw away from Kahana Beach in West Maui (conveniently nestled between Ka'anapali and Kapalua).
Following extensive renovations, we've tailored this condo to provide a cozy home away from home experience. Besides its unique modern aesthetics, you'll find yourself within walking distance of grocery stores, liquor outlets, eateries, and, naturally, Maui's renowned Kahana Beach! We affectionately dub it the Maui Makai.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire apartment. The spacious living room features a queen sofa bed, a large 58” smart TV with cable, 300 Mbps internet with WI-FI, and a Google device. A powerful A/C unit ensures your comfort. A closet is stocked with beach gear, including 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and coolers. All linens and towels are provided. The living room boasts modern fixtures and a ceiling fan, while ceramic tiles throughout the unit maintain cleanliness and coolness. A dining table with 4 chairs and 2 additional stools accommodate all guests.
The bedroom features a king bed with a premium mattress, a spacious closet behind dual barn doors, air conditioning, and a Google device for added convenience.
The kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances, microwave, refrigerator with ice dispenser, brand-new high-quality stove, and dishwasher. Ample cookware, dinnerware, and utensils are provided, along with a coffee maker and toaster.
The spa-like bathroom showcases a state-of-the-art walk-in shower with a barn glass door. We provide a starter pack for your convenience and furnish a hair dryer.

Modern clean nice
property owner was so nice,check in and check out was easy, the condo was clean and the location was great!
The rental was very clean and nicely updated with all the extras. Easy walking distance to a nice beach. Two restaurants and grocery right below our unit and two more and a shopping mall a few minutes walk away. The hosts thought of everything and communicated greatly. They had everything for the beach in the condo and a welcome book with directions and addresses to everything in Maui.
We arrived the Sunday before the Maui fire (August 6, 2023) started. The purpose of our visit was to get married on August 9. We woke up Tuesday morning around 530 and realized we had no power. I contacted Roman and Elizabeth and they continuously updated us with the progress on when the electricity would come back on. August 9 came and we still had no power or cell service however, my wife and I proceeded to attempt to get married (this was well before we knew that the fire was going on and everything else again due to no electricity since Tuesday). We decided to leave the morning of August 9 and as we crossed, we were told that we would not be able to return. Roman and Elizabeth continued to keep us updated regarding what was going on and the possibility of returning. Unfortunately, the remainder of our stay we had to sleep in the car as there are no hotels available on the other side of Lahaina and again we were unable to return. When we did attempt to cross back after receiving an update from Roman and Elizabeth that the highway was currently open, a pedestrian was killed, and again, they closed down the access point back to the location where we were staying. Our flight was scheduled to leave that following Sunday and thankfully our son’s grandmother was unable to cross when we did and they were able to bring us most of our luggage the night before the flight. Again, throughout the entire ordeal Roman and Elizabeth were amazing sending us updates when they could.
Pros-The condo was all newly remodeled. Great location close to my favorite beach Kapalua Bay as well as Black Rock beach. Also not far to lots of great restaurants and shopping at Whalers Village. It’s also a plus to have Miso Phat sushi downstairs, great sushi! Condo was just across the street from the beach. It was also nice that the condo has a designated parking spot. Cons-Seems like the owner might not like plastic as there was only one plastic garbage bag provided for our stay and there weren’t any plastic cups or food storage containers to bring to the beach or pool. The price was good and the condo was cute but personally I probably wouldn’t stay there again because I have trouble sleeping with any noises and there was a big generator or something outside of the bedroom that is constantly turning on and it’s loud.
This is a great little place in West Maui! Really enjoyed our stay.
My husband and I have been to Maui before and I have to say this time, was the best time! I’m big on reading reviews so it’s only right I share mine regarding our stay at Roman & Elizabeth’s place. The location couldn’t be better! It was not right on the beach but it was across the street and the trees, sunset, and birds we’re peaceful on the balcony. There are two AC units and two fans (MAJOR PLUS IN HAWAII!) The kitchen is fully equipped if you would like to cook. The sushi spot literally right below is AMAZING (Miso Phat) and Pizza at dollies also good. Both walking distance from the condo. The condo was beautifully up to date, bed was comfortable, and plenty of seating. It was easy to get in and out of the condo, no need for a key! Very MINOR downfalls; The floors tend to get really dirty because of the carpet in the halls outside- I recommend bringing slippers. We tried to keep our shoes by the door but still ended up with dirty feet. The pool is small and no hot tub but again, the beach was across the street. The condo has everything needed for a beach day and there are many beaches nearby! Easy walk to Maui brewery, gas station/general store, McDonald’s, coffee, and much more! This is a great condo for couples or for a small family. (Condo is pretty toddler proof if you have a little one). The owners are very quick to respond and lenient. We can’t wait to come back and bring our son next time. I highly recommend staying at Roman and Elizabeth’s place.
Place is very nice and communication from owners was awesome.
We stayed here with our one year old daughter and it was perfect. It is right across from the beach and just a 10 minute drive to Lahaina. They have a ton of beach supplies which was really handy too.
The condo was exactly as described. Updated, very clean and comfortable. The location is great. The owners are very helpful and easy to communicate with. Overall our stay was perfect.
