An absolutely perfect place to unplug and enjoy everything Maui has to offer. Low key, great amenities, everything you need to do a beach day or relax by the pool, cook a great meal in the gully stocked kitchen. We’ll book again!

The condo was completely ready and stocked for us. Clean and comfortable. Steps from a lovely beach and driving distance to amazing experiences. We had a great time!

The facilities were excellent.

Property is clean, comfortable and well stocked. Location is good but better beaches are a short drive away. The grounds are very nice and well maintained with plenty of trees. The hosts are warm and generous.

Completely comfortable. Even though it was stocked with cleaning supplies, detergent, toiletries and trash bags, it was a welcomed surprise evven though we brought our own.We even left sealed snacks, chips and coffee for the next group of visiters.Pool was nice, sauna was hot and dry sauna was unexpected.

Was perfect for our needs! Ground level for my stage 4 cancer friend. It was a clean quiet lovely home near beaches and stores. Plus well equiped kitchen, nice beach equipment, pool, laundry, and cleaning supplies. Jill was wonderful to communicate with and I highly recommend this condo.

We had a great time the condo was very nice . The only issue I had was the water shut off for 2 days during my daughters wedding so we had to go to other families hotels to get ready

Condo had absolutely everything we needed!! Loved the 1st floor walk out!! Clean and comfy!! Close drive to town and beautiful beaches!!! Pool, hot tub, golf green, access to Waipuilani recreation park and sauna a bonus!! Owner was awesome to deal with and responsive:) Loved it all!!!

From the moment I booked, was in contact with the host. The host is wonderful to communicate with. What they offer shows how they care about making your stay perfect. Complex is the perfect size. On the first floor. Perfect view of the sunsets. Seconds to get to the pool. Minutes to the beachbbb

The condo layout was perfect for us. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Took advantage of the bbq’s. We were disappointed the unit did not have air conditioning. I understand it wasn’t listed, but we just assumed it would have it. Even with the fans it was way too hot to sleep. The next time we rent we will be sure it has air conditioning.

Jill is very communicative. Her instructions for arrival and departure were clear and helpful. We had a few requests and Jill was very accommodating - so thanks. The listing accuracy was accurate and had everything that we needed. It was very well stocked will the comforts you'd want in a vacation rental. The beds were comfortable, the closets and bathroom were large. The washer and dryer were clean. full-sized, and easy to use. There is no a/c, but there were ceiling fans as well as powerful floor fans to move the air. Extras blankets, sheets, towels, cleaning supplies and the like were labeled and easy to use - sometimes it's the little things that make your stay easier. The property is well-maintained and right by the beach. For the price and location, this is a great property and highly recommend it.

Jill and Brian have poured a lot of love, thought and consideration into their condo. When planning our Maui holiday, I knew I wanted a 2-bedroom, ground-floor condo in the heart of Kihei, and this place over-delivered. Being able to open the sliding glass door to the lanai, and have our kids stumble out onto the grass to run around or go straight to the pool was excellent. We loved being able to sit on the lanai, drink a morning coffee and enjoy a peekaboo view of the ocean. At the end of the day, walking across the lawn to the beach to watch the sunset and turtles swim by was a delightful surprise. The condo is extremely well stocked. And sometimes it's the little things that people remember most - like having Tupperwear and Ziploc bags on hand in the kitchen to make it extra easy to pack lunches and snacks for adventure or beach days. Add to that comfy beds, boogie boards and free parking practically right at the condo's door, and it was the perfect place for our family of 4 to land after a busy day of activities on the island. My last thing to note: Jill was wonderfully communicative at booking and prior to our arrival. It was really nice to be able to speak directly with the owner of the condo, as opposed to a management company. Mahalo for opening up your home to us!

We recently stayed in Maui and really loved this rental and location! This unit is right next to the ocean with quiet beach that felt private. Watched some amazing sunsets and even saw a sea turtle on beach. The unit was clean, fully stocked with everything you would need on vacation and close proximity to lots of restaurants, shopping and more beaches!! Also, good spot for families since it has swimming pool and pickleball courts. I highly recommend this rental for vacation in Maui.

Our family of 4 had a blast at this 2bd/2bath condo! Shortly after booking Jill contacted me and to customize our trip. She was so warm and accommodating from the begining, even gave us a late check-out at 8pm!! The place was very well equipped towels and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved having a ground-floor unit as it made for quick visits to the pool and gardens. I was a little worried about not having A/C but it was a non-issue. Plenty of fans and the intentional design of the floorplan allowed for optimal air flow. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

A lovely condo in a great location. Our family of four recently stayed here and really enjoyed our time. Jill, the owner, is extremely helpful and attentive. She has thought of all the details. The unit is on the ground floor and is very well-stocked. It is very spacious with two large bedrooms - it was more than enough space for us. Luana Kai is in a great location - we could easily walk to Aztec shopping area in about 10 minutes. Also - the complex is a nice size with lovely green space right off of the lanai for the kids to play (and parents still have visibility). The pool is very nice too and there are multiple BBQs for guests to use. Even though it was March break, we never had a hard time finding time to use a BBQ. The beach was easily accessible too. Although we didn't swim in the ocean at this location, it was a great spot to do beach walks, play in the sand, look for shells/coral, and enjoy the sunset. We even saw some turtles on the beach. All in all, it's a great spot and we all agree we hope we can return one day!

We enjoyed visiting the island of Maui and staying at this location given it was central to many sites. The condo was comfortable and well-appointed although there is no air conditioning. The fans were helpful but the unit did get quite warm over the course of the day. The availability of washer and dryer is helpful but if you have clothes that need pressing, there is no iron. The beach is a 5 min. walk away and the beach chairs, umbrella and coolers made heading to the beaches in the area very easy. All in all an enjoyable experience.
