Ceiling fans are provided in both the bedroom and living room areas along with a window air conditioning unit in the living room area.

This condominium complex in South Kihei has two pools on property for their guests to use and even has BBQ gas grills so you can enjoy some lunch at the pool or dinner under the stars. Each building has an elevator for ease of access and lots of beautiful foliage to decorate your Hawaiian vacation. This property also has tennis courts for the days you feel like being more active.
Located near Makena, this condo complex is across beautiful beaches and near local favorites for shopping and dining. Across from the property is Kamaole Beach Park II and Kamaole Beach Parks I and III are located only a short walk to the right or left. After some fun in the sun, find some good eats at Cafe O Lei, Fred's Mexican Cafe, or 808 Deli. If you feel like shopping around and gathering some souvenirs for home, swing by Kihei Kalama Village open-air market where you can find trinkets and attire signature to Maui. You can even dine in some of the great restaurants in the area such as Three's Bar and Grill or Kihei Cafe. For more familiar options, Starbucks Coffee Company, Safeway, and Ross are located in the Piilani Shopping Center right up the road.

Very easy process. Condo was great.
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: nice property, excellent view. all amenities in the house as expected. Mattress ok, but that can be subjective. Overall, we liked the place and would stay there again.
We have stayed at the Akahi before and go back because of its location and amenities. unit D208 had everything we needed for meals we wanted to prepare, and the beach supplies were greatly appreciated. Mahalo you to the owners for all they supplied, Aloha Roy and Marie Sargent
Easy check in and check out options. Condo was clean and had more amenities than we needed, but was so nice to have! Air conditioning was appreciated and they even had beach chairs, umbrellas and boards to use. Within easy walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. The grounds are also very beautiful. Highly recommend!
We had an amazing time staying here! We absolutely loved the unit, it was is obviously very well cared for and felt like a second home immediately. We generally book a different unit every stay, but I am going to try and stick with this one now! Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality!
Beach across street room is comfy after date 1 lol 😂 make sure check the wifi PW with 1 (877) 423-7124 before u arrive the PW on the app incorrectly 🤔
Cockroaches in unit. Unit a bit run down. Lots of crabby seniors who didn't like families invading the pool area. Too much yard and garden work going on. Very noisy. I suggest you go in October instead.
