This comfortable and clean condo has a king bed in the bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in the living room and 2 full baths. It will accommodate up to four people. The living room as a window AC unit and the bedroom has a portable AC unit to help cool you during the summer months.
The condo is fully equipped with everything you need – even including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and toys.
The large private lanai offers an ocean view.
Right across the street from beautiful Kamaole Beach III. Enjoy short walks along the ocean to Kamaole I, II Beaches and pristine Keawakapu Beach.
Maui Nui and Wailea golf clubs are only a few minute's drive from the condo. Restaurants and shops are just a short walk away.
The Kamaole Sands is located in a beautiful tropical landscape and features freshwater pond, waterfalls and orchid walls. Amazing resort amenities - gym, pool, 2 jacuzzis, a kiddie pool, 2 tennis courts, 3 pickleball courts, and bbq areas, a 24-hour front desk and assigned parking.

It was fully supplied with everything we needed both in the condo and at the beach. The hideabed was not very comfortable, but the kingbed was great. The grounds at Kamaole Sands are gorgeous, and the pool are was nice. But being only a five minute walk from a gorgeous beach was just excellent, and we actually saw whales each and every day from the spacious lanai in the condo. Kihei has a good vibe and we enjoyed all the shopping and restaurants in the Kihei area. Our only real complaint is the high price of accommodations in Maui, but we know that we got good value with this condo compared to other places in the area. We would stay there again.

The property that we rented was extremely clean and centrally located. Had a very enjoyable time!
We loved the location of this property. It was so close to our favorite beach and restaurants. The management company was great and checked in with us a couple of times. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us. Our only complaint was the cleanliness. The floors could use a good scrub. They ask you not to wear shoes but our feet/socks were black from walking on the floors. Overall, we loved it and would stay again.
We enjoyed our stay at the Kamaole Sands, we definitely stay again for future travel.
This condo is so well equipped! They have thought of everything from beach chairs, towels, kids toys etc. This was our first time to Maui and we will definitely be back. Would definitely recommend this condo!
