Maui Kamaole H-101 | Oceanfront + Ground-Floor

Wonderful space, roomy condo. Great location.

Condo was on par with the other 8 to 10 units we’ve stayed at in Maui Kamaole. Good location within the complex. Would suggest minor repair to shower door latch which would not allow door to stay closed while showering.

We love staying at this property because it is always very well maintained, beautiful and clean. We were pleasantly surprised because we were worried about pests, bugs roaches. The management company sent us a message after we made our reservation telling us there were pests because it’s “an island” so we were worried. Our unit was very clean, updated, close to the beach and the premises were great as usual. We hope to rent this unit again. It was perfect for us.

Very happy with the location on this condo. Close to both Wailea and Kihei restaurants and beaches.

This unit is close to the beach (Kam 3) so it made walking there quite easy. The rear pool was our favorite and that’s a little bit of a walk but not a big issue. Maui Rental was easy to work with and we had everything we needed.

My fiancée and I stayed in this condo for an 11 day trip to Maui, and it was fantastic! It's right across the street from the beach and a park that is great for watching sunsets. The location is also perfect for getting around to different areas of Maui for prime snorkeling, shopping, and food. The complex on which the condo is located is beautiful and has awesome pools for a quick dip after the beach trips. The condo, itself, was also perfect and very nicely kept. We would definitely try to book this place again for future trips!

We enjoyed our stay in this nicely appointed and spotlessly clean condo and had many pleasant meals as well as just relaxing on the tiled lanai. The retractable awning on the lanai is a nice feature and the grills are conveniently located across the path off the lanai. We always try to find units with beach equipment and this one had chairs and umbrellas; great for the Kamaole beaches which are a short walk and the Wailea beaches which are a short drive. Definitely one of our favourite units in the Maui Kamaole complex.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Due to a long flight delay we arrived a day late. The rental agent was very easy to get ahold of to inform. Upon arrival we had trouble finding the A/C remote. Once again they were easy to reach and quickly got back to us with the answer. Hint: It’s on the wall in the kitchen.Lol. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The lanai is a great place for morning coffee with its wonderful view of the ocean. The pictures do not do the condo justice. It is decorated simply with comfortable furniture throughout including the bed. The location is great. It’s a short walk to Kamaole Beach Park III and a very short drive to a variety of restaurants and shopping. We would definitely look to stay here on our next trip to Maui. Mahalo.

Maui Kamaole is a great property. The unit was large and fairly clean but a bit tired and dated. Small ants had taken up residence in the kitchen and a very large cockroach was found dead in the bedroom closet.

Everything was nice and comfortable , but we found two bugs in the kitchen. Overall it was very good.

This property was very clean when we arrived and contained all the day to day supplies needed to function as if we were at home. The Lanai was enjoyed on a daily basis to eat our meals and watch the incredible sunset. The beach chairs and cooler were utilized on a daily basis as well, having these items for our use was greatly appreciated. Also the resources available within their personal library were great. We would like to extend a thank you to the owner's for exceeding our expectations. We had a great two weeks exploring the scenes around Maui.

The unit had been recently remodeled. It is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware etc. master bed is very comfortable. Lots of beach supplies are available. Close to lots of good restaurants. We would rent again.

Very well kept but not worth the $370 a night they charged me mor like 200 or even 250 it was whale season so I guess that’s how it goes but 2600 for 6 days is to high very nice place though well kept and easy check in and out
