Great property. Only issues: no TV or chest of drawers for clothes in main level bedroom, needs a new couch and chair in the living room. They are pretty old and lumpy. Lastly waaaay too many TV remotes to operate 1 TV. Needs to all be programmed into 1 remote. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

AC wasn’t working great but was able to communicate easily with property managers and they sent someone out quickly for us. Good communication.

Location is good close to restaurants. Very clean and smooth check in and out. You need a car in order to explore the island (true to every place). One comment, please have a crib option to family with infant, it costs nothing, and save the headache of getting one. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and we recommend it!

This is a great place to stay! 5 min walk to the beach and turtle watching. Easy drive to grocery stores. Super nice neighborhood. Highly recommend!
The place was perfect for us. It was me and my young son and my mom, which had a great layout. We had everything we needed, the kitchen was fully stocked. Central Kihei spot, the lanai was great. The photos don't really do the view justice.

The property did have a fantastic view of the lanai and it was in a great location. It was great to walk to the beaches for sunset and all restaurants and stores were within a 5-10 minute drive. Comfortable beds!

Great location and added bonus the ocean view. Very clean and well stocked with everything mentioned on listing. Property management company was very attentive with communication. One downside is the beds were not super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
Very comfortable, clean, and quiet, condo with an amazing view of the ocean. We saw whales everyday from the lanai. We spent many evenings on the lanai looking at the stars and listening to the ocean. The property management was excellent and fast in addressing any/all of our needs.
It was the perfect location for my family. Very walkable and the view from the porch was amazing.
The condo was exactly as advertised and we had a terrific vacation. We enjoyed watching the sunset over the ocean many evenings from the lanai with a glass of wine. The location was centrally located to beaches and the many restaurants of Kihei and Wailea.
