Maui Hill 70 - Renovated and Spacious 3/3 - Ocean View Condo - Sleeps 8 - AC!

Had a very pleasant stay, in a good location and great value

We had an amazing stay here. 3 couples fit perfectly. We had everything we needed here and the hosts were very accommodating. We will definitely be back.

This is our second stay at this resort. Location is excellent and unit was perfect for 3 couples and one child. Kitchen was well stocked and beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, mats and towels were much appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The location is perfect—not too far from the ocean and great restaurants. The pool was a fantastic bonus, and our kids loved spending every evening splashing around. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and fun getaway!

Nice condo, perfect for our stay. Close to the pool with a pretty private back deck. Had everything we needed for an awesome stay in Maui. Would recommend.

The condo was perfect for three couples, each provided with their own bedroom and bathroom. The living space was perfect for relaxing after hours. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning. The grounds are kept impeccable. We enjoyed the onsite communal pool and tennis courts. People are very friendly. A beautiful beach (Keawakapu Beach) was walkable and there was a public parking lot, if you choose to drive. Snorkeling charters for the Molokini Crater were available at the nearby boat launch. Everything was nearby. If we ever go back to Maui, we would love to reserve this condo again. Aloha!!!

Perfect stay. we needed a place to stay for 5 workers for a job in Kihei and this place was perfect. we finished early so got to enjoy some vacation time as well. would stay here again.

Hi. Loved our stay. The bathroom fans have a thick layer of dust that could cause a fire. We also had cockroaches throughout our stay.

We are three lovely ladies in our seventies that have known each other since our childhood. Once a year we get together for a week to enjoy each other in a beautiful place. This trip was no exception. We thoroughly enjoyed your condo. The decor was beautiful, beds were very comfortable, kitchen very well stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful. The three of us would love to return to Kihei and your lovely condo.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The distance to groceries etc is a bit of a problem. You definitely need a car.

Unit 70 came with a well equipped kitchen. Bbqs are communal, which is common in condo areas. Everything worked well and we relied on the breeze and fans more than the AC which for us was too noisy. Time for heat exchangers! Beach chairs and umbrella included. 2 bedrooms are large and nice; one is a little small. The best perk was the shaded deck with ocean views for morning coffee and walking distance to two excellent beaches.

Condo was a little dated and A/C units were noisy, but overall had everything you need. We had a couple maintenance issues, but the management company was very responsive. Walking distance to two great beaches and to town. Complex had a nice community feel unlike other places we have stayed; seemed like there were more permanent residents there.

Location was great. Easy access to the beach and restaurants near by. Unfortunately the pool was not available as they were doing remodeling at the time of our stay. Accommodations for resort pass would've been great four days that the kids didn't feel comfortable being at the beach due to the weather conditions and tides.

My family and I had a great stay. We did have some trouble using the padlock code. It wouldn't let us in after using the code the first few times. Then realized you had to punch in the numbers really fast and then it would work. Other than that, it was amazing stay. Quick drive to restaurants and beach access. We loved it. We will definitely be back!

This was a great place to stay for our family! Everyone had their own space as well as a great common room and balcony big enough for everyone to enjoy. The beach was a quick walk away and the pool in the complex was great to have as well. Would definitely recommend staying here!

House was perfect for our week in Maui! Plenty of space for 6 of us and had beach chairs and umbrella which was super helpful. The location is close to everything you need. Would absolutely stay again!

My husband and I enjoyed this condo and resort. It had everything we needed, kitchen amenities, beach towels, ceiling fan in each room with AC, great outdoor deck to lounge & eat on, beach toys for our 2 grandchildren, beach chairs & umbrella… We also found the condo to be very clean. The resort staff are very friendly and the area is nice & quiet. Location is perfect as we had a choice of beaches to choose from. The grounds on this resort is beautifully maintained. The owner of this condo was very quick in responding to any inquiries made. The only recommendation to be made is to modernize the outdoor furniture and indoor carpets.

We all enjoyed our week in Maui. The unit was just as described and the management was quick to reply to any concerns. The property is gorgeous and close to everything. Perfect trip for our family of six! High recommend.

Very well stocked condo. Only thing missing were boogie boards. The lanais are amazing. We watched whales every morning while drinking coffee. The grounds are immaculate and everyone is super friendly. Pretty quite complex. There were days where we had the pool/hot tub to ourselves. Would definitely recommend this unit to others.

The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants. The kitchen had been updated which was nice. Also the furniture and decor was nice. The bathrooms were tired and not in great repair. The pool area is too small for such a big complex.
