Welcome to Maui Hill 70, a spacious three-bedroom, three-bath South Kihei vacation condo offering approximately 1,395 square feet of interior living space and accommodations for up to eight guests. The split-level floor plan provides substantially more room and privacy than a conventional beach condo, making it particularly well suited for extended families, three-generation vacations, and couples traveling together.
Two king bedrooms function as private suites, with one located on the main level and the other upstairs. Each includes an adjoining full bathroom, allowing two couples to enjoy comparable privacy without assigning one to an obviously secondary room. The third main-level bedroom features a queen bed and convenient access to the third full bathroom, while a sleeper sofa in the living room provides accommodations for two additional guests. An interior staircase leads to the upstairs suite.
Each bedroom opens to a lanai or deck overlooking Maui Hill's tropical surroundings. The downstairs king bedroom shares access to the expansive front lanai with the living area, the queen bedroom has its own garden-facing lanai, and the upstairs king suite opens to a smaller private lanai. Partial ocean views can be enjoyed from the living room and upstairs suite, while the garden outlook and mature landscaping create a more private residential atmosphere.
The open living and dining area features vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and dining space for the group. The renovated kitchen includes granite countertops, wood cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, a dishwasher, cookware, and the everyday equipment needed for meals at home. Air conditioning and ceiling fans provide added comfort across the living and sleeping areas.
High-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, smart-lock entry, and complimentary onsite parking add practical convenience. Beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a small cooler are included for days at Keawakapu Beach, Kamaole Beach Park III, and other nearby South Maui beaches. With three bathrooms, two king suites, multiple lanais, and room for eight, Maui Hill 70 offers a flexible and comfortable alternative to booking several smaller condos.

Maui Hill is a low-density condominium resort situated on approximately 12 acres of tropical grounds at the southern end of Kihei, immediately north of Wailea. Its low-rise buildings, open lawns, mature landscaping, and spacious residences create a quieter and more residential atmosphere than a large hotel resort.
Shared amenities include a heated swimming pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball facilities, shuffleboard, bocce ball, a putting green, barbecue areas, and complimentary onsite parking. The hillside property is not beachfront, but Keawakapu Beach and Kamaole Beach Park III are within walking distance. Maui Hill does not have elevators, and guests should expect stairs within the property and inside this split-level condo.
Maui Hill's combination of large floor plans, recreational amenities, landscaped grounds, and proximity to both Kihei and Wailea makes it particularly useful for families and groups. Guests can enjoy the space and kitchen facilities of a private residence while remaining close to beaches, golf, dining, shopping, and ocean activities.

The nearby Kihei Boat Ramp serves snorkeling, diving, fishing, and seasonal whale-watching excursions. Restaurants, cafés, markets, beach-equipment rentals, and shopping are located throughout South Kihei, while Wailea's resorts, golf courses, beaches, and dining are a short drive south.

The property and unit was nice. Its proximity to one of the nicest Kīhei beaches was fantastic. The only real complaint I have is that the AC unit in my room seemed to be extra noisy compared to the others. It just had more plastic rattling. I figured out that key was get the room cool before bed then turn the temp up before you fall asleep. The room will stay cool and the unit won’t kick on overnight and wake you!

This is our second stay at this resort. Location is excellent and unit was perfect for 3 couples and one child. Kitchen was well stocked and beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, mats and towels were much appreciated.

Nice condo, perfect for our stay. Close to the pool with a pretty private back deck. Had everything we needed for an awesome stay in Maui. Would recommend.
The condo was perfect for three couples, each provided with their own bedroom and bathroom. The living space was perfect for relaxing after hours. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning. The grounds are kept impeccable. We enjoyed the onsite communal pool and tennis courts. People are very friendly. A beautiful beach (Keawakapu Beach) was walkable and there was a public parking lot, if you choose to drive. Snorkeling charters for the Molokini Crater were available at the nearby boat launch. Everything was nearby. If we ever go back to Maui, we would love to reserve this condo again. Aloha!!!

Perfect stay. we needed a place to stay for 5 workers for a job in Kihei and this place was perfect. we finished early so got to enjoy some vacation time as well. would stay here again.

Hi. Loved our stay. The bathroom fans have a thick layer of dust that could cause a fire. We also had cockroaches throughout our stay.

We are three lovely ladies in our seventies that have known each other since our childhood. Once a year we get together for a week to enjoy each other in a beautiful place. This trip was no exception. We thoroughly enjoyed your condo. The decor was beautiful, beds were very comfortable, kitchen very well stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful. The three of us would love to return to Kihei and your lovely condo.
We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The distance to groceries etc is a bit of a problem. You definitely need a car.
Unit 70 came with a well equipped kitchen. Bbqs are communal, which is common in condo areas. Everything worked well and we relied on the breeze and fans more than the AC which for us was too noisy. Time for heat exchangers! Beach chairs and umbrella included. 2 bedrooms are large and nice; one is a little small. The best perk was the shaded deck with ocean views for morning coffee and walking distance to two excellent beaches.
Condo was a little dated and A/C units were noisy, but overall had everything you need. We had a couple maintenance issues, but the management company was very responsive. Walking distance to two great beaches and to town. Complex had a nice community feel unlike other places we have stayed; seemed like there were more permanent residents there.
Location was great. Easy access to the beach and restaurants near by. Unfortunately the pool was not available as they were doing remodeling at the time of our stay. Accommodations for resort pass would've been great four days that the kids didn't feel comfortable being at the beach due to the weather conditions and tides.

My family and I had a great stay. We did have some trouble using the padlock code. It wouldn't let us in after using the code the first few times. Then realized you had to punch in the numbers really fast and then it would work. Other than that, it was amazing stay. Quick drive to restaurants and beach access. We loved it. We will definitely be back!
This was a great place to stay for our family! Everyone had their own space as well as a great common room and balcony big enough for everyone to enjoy. The beach was a quick walk away and the pool in the complex was great to have as well. Would definitely recommend staying here!

House was perfect for our week in Maui! Plenty of space for 6 of us and had beach chairs and umbrella which was super helpful. The location is close to everything you need. Would absolutely stay again!
My husband and I enjoyed this condo and resort. It had everything we needed, kitchen amenities, beach towels, ceiling fan in each room with AC, great outdoor deck to lounge & eat on, beach toys for our 2 grandchildren, beach chairs & umbrella… We also found the condo to be very clean. The resort staff are very friendly and the area is nice & quiet. Location is perfect as we had a choice of beaches to choose from. The grounds on this resort is beautifully maintained. The owner of this condo was very quick in responding to any inquiries made. The only recommendation to be made is to modernize the outdoor furniture and indoor carpets.
We all enjoyed our week in Maui. The unit was just as described and the management was quick to reply to any concerns. The property is gorgeous and close to everything. Perfect trip for our family of six! High recommend.
Very well stocked condo. Only thing missing were boogie boards. The lanais are amazing. We watched whales every morning while drinking coffee. The grounds are immaculate and everyone is super friendly. Pretty quite complex. There were days where we had the pool/hot tub to ourselves. Would definitely recommend this unit to others.
The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants. The kitchen had been updated which was nice. Also the furniture and decor was nice. The bathrooms were tired and not in great repair. The pool area is too small for such a big complex.
