Not only was the property and condo *immaculate*, but everything about the experience was completely seamless. This location made it feel like a true vacation. Steps away from the pool and from the beautiful sandy beach, friendly, respectful neighbors, and all the provided amenities made it such a dream getaway. Some VRBO places feel like the host has never stayed there, this condo felt like someone’s home that you were visiting - in the best way. It’s clear they’ve actually considered everything you may need. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place to stay!

Our stay was 10 days with family. I was not ready to leave! B303 was exactly as the description and pictures said it was. Clean, quiet, beautiful landscaped, private , and a kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook or not. The Host was incredibly present with every question prior and during our stay, and so thoughtful! We will definitely be back! Thank you from all of us!

We chose B303 largely in part of the great reviews and pictures. We were not disappointed! Mark, the host, was outstanding. He was easy to communicate with, timely, and answered all of our questions. He's definitely first rate!As for the property, it looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean, up to date, and very comfortable. The location can't be any better. The unit is literally right on the beach on one side and next to a crystal clear pool of the other side. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will return again when we come to Maui!Great place and you won't be disappointed!!

We took a chance with Maui and Makena, always having stayed in Princeville and Hapuna Beach. The condo and its location lived up to all our hopes. Impeccably clean, well stocked, location and views cannot be beat. The owners love their home, and it shows. Just what we were looking for. We will for sure return. Thanks to our hosts for great communication, a concerned call to check on us on tsunami day, and making sure we had a comfortable and relaxing vacation.

This property is one of the best VRBOs we have experienced. The location is perfect if you're looking for a private, quiet setting only steps from the beach. Located on Po'olenalena Beach, it's as if only the residents of Makena Surf use this section of the beach despite being public. It's like having your own private beach on Maui. Even better, many of the snorkeling tour operators pull their boats right up to the lava rocks along the south shore of the beach, so you can snorkel right off the beach and see tons of sea turtles without having to pay extra for a tour. The lanai with the sliding doors that open from the living room makes the unit so enjoyable. With a gas grill on the patio, we enjoyed nearly every meal sitting on the lanai overlooking the beach. The owners of this unit have everything covered. Really, everything and every little detail. Every tool and utensil you'll need in the kitchen, to everything you'll need for a day at the beach.The owners were very responsive and helpful. They answered every question quickly and ensured our stay was comfortable. We will definitely rebook again for future stays.

By far the best place we’ve ever stayed. Fabulous condo with breathtaking views. Mark is a wonderful host, super responsive and so accommodating. The condo has everything you need to completely relax and enjoy your vacation. We will definitely stay here if we come back to Maui.

Our stay was amazing! Location was fantastic with the beach/ocean view to relax. Our kids loved the pool right outside the condo and the short walk to the beach. The hosts were responsive and very helpful preparing for our stay and answering questions. Would love to come back!

From beginning to end this could not have been a better experience. The owners are amazing in their communication and their home is perfect. The location, beach, THE VIEW, supplies and everyting overall is great. We highly reccomend!

Makena is a world class destination and the Makena Surf is a first class location. Located directly on one of the most beautiful beaches, this unit is in the best building and is impeccably maintained. This is not a rental unit but like the home of a close friend. Everything you would expect at home is there. We highly recommend it!

We can't praise this beautiful property, or Mark and Cory's hospitality, enough! We are seasoned VRBO travelers, and this condo exceeded all of our expectations. It's hard to imagine a better location -- beachfront on one of Maui's most gorgeous beaches. The views, sounds of the waves, and proximity to great snorkeling would alone have made this property fantastic. The condo and its amenities are the cherry on top. We enjoyed the pools and beautiful grounds, and appreciated the comfortable and well-appointed condo (with comfy beds, all the kitchen tools, and every piece of beach equipment you might need). Mark was also a great host, communicating with us ahead of time and during our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We can't wait to return!

This condo is everything it says it is and more! It was spotless, had a fully stocked kitchen and the view was amazing! We enjoyed it so much, it was hard to leave. Not only was the view fabulous, the snorkeling right from the beach in front of the condo was our favorite snorkeling spot. So many fish and tons of turtles! An easy beach entry. We are experienced snorkelers and have snorkeled on many islands/places. This was the best! The condo complex was beautiful and very quiet (we were there in September). We enjoyed the pool for relaxing late afternoon swims. The location was perfect for us on the island. Many restaurants and things to do in the area. Our meeting place for our snorkel trip to Molokini Crater was right down the road. There were also many other snorkel spots nearby. We love south Maui. Bonus was our hosts Mark and his wife. They are top notch! Mark was very helpful with many things and communication was easy and replies were in a timely manner. He even went above and beyond when we left a few things at the condo! We go to a lot of VRBO's and this was one of our best experiences (condo and host). I would not hesitate in the least to rent this condo again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Everything was absolutely amazing!!!!

The most impressive experience with VRBO ever! The view from B303 could not be beat!! The condo was impeccable. The host was beyond amazing. He interacted with me long before our stay, during our stay and after our stay. We were celebrating my 80th birthday. A beautiful large floral arrangement from the Joseph's was on the kitchen counter. We also received a bottle of wine and a generous gift basket. I received a number of birthday cards from the staff and the host. I was treated like I really was important to them. I rented 3 different condos and none of the other hosts even came close to the Joseph's. In fact, the hosts of the other two condos were not very communicative. I had to contact (Coldwell Banker) for check-in instructions. The air conditioner in F201 was not sufficient to cool the condo in the afternoon because of the sun. I would only rent from the Joseph's in the future. Thank you for all you did to make my trip so awesome!!

Just a beautiful spot only 5 minutes from all your shopping and restaurants. Being truly beach front you have the ocean at your feet as soon as you get there. Clean, well maintained place with all the toys, chairs, and amenities you’ll want! We’ll be back for sure!

This unit is as direct ocean front as it gets. The western view is incredible with a very large comfortable balcony to enjoy. The unit itself is excellent. Layout, furnishings, everything. We had four adults and worked well. Fantastic beach right in front - easy access. Great swimming and snorkeling right there. Beautiful property, great location with many Wialea restaurants and golf close by. Makena fabulous. Owner communicated and helped with everything. Can’t say enough great things about this property. To us this condo was way better than even the high end resorts in the area. Just closeness to the ocean, view, access to beach and expierience.

Would not stay anywhere else in Maui, but Makena Surt. And this has to be one of the top units - on the top floor directly facing the ocean off the deck with a pretty private pool out the front door. Absolutely perfect for two couples. Both bedrooms were large and very accommodating. Entire place felt brand new. We love snorkeling right off the beach, and this location certainly has that. The condos are pretty private, gated, and the beach pretty secluded. Yet just a few minutes to all the Wailea restaurants and shopping, etc. The host could not have been more responsive to our requests. You will not be disappointed.

I read all the 10/10 reviews of this property prior to booking and all are accurate. Just finished nearly two weeks at the property and it is absolutely spectacular. Location right on the beach, close proximity to restaurants and golf. My kids snorkeled right at the beach and two beautiful pools are located on the property. The condo was beautiful and recently renovated. Full kitchen and outdoor grill worked well. Sunset views from the balcony are not to be missed. Communication was great with owners Mark and Cory. Nothing I would change about this property and highly recommend. Definitely plan to return.
