Cozy & Contemporary Ground Floor South Kihei Condo

Everything was great! We loved the location, all of the amenities and the flexibility of our host!

The oven did not work properly. The bottom element was missing and we couldn’t get it to temperature to cook pzzas

The host was very responsive with any questions and the condo was in a perfect location, I loved going to walk on the beach every morning. I also loved that it was very comfortable for a family of 4 and the fully stocked kitchen to easily make meals in and not have to eat out all the time. The grocery store is literally 2 mins away, so grabbing essentials was so easy. The entire unit was so comfortable, beds were amazing and we all slept like babies!

Very easy place to get in and out of and an easy drive to everything on the island. Was very nice having beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas to take to the beach and not having to buy them for our trip. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook with along with a nice toaster oven/air fryer. Was also nice not to have to buy shower gel and shampoo. Great communication from owner.

Joe was very responsive and had everything we needed ready during our stay. The space was clean, tidy and conveniently located near restaurants, shops and prime snorkeling spots. We appreciated having all the seasonings and sauces available for cooking in, the beach chairs and even the aloe gel for the long beach days. Would highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay at this very clean condo in a great location. It was well stocked with plenty of supplies, and having a designated parking spot was a big plus—no stress about finding parking even when returning late.From the lanai no nice view, but that wasn’t an issue since we spent most of our time exploring the island. The condo is located across the road from the beach, but it’s an easy and safe walk with a pedestrian crossing. It takes less than five minutes to walk to the Charley Young Beach, and the condo provided beach towels, chairs, and other essentials.We loved watching the sunsets from the beach in the evenings. If we return to Maui, we’ll definitely check to see if this condo is available again!

Joes condo was a great place to stay while we were in Maui! The location was amazing, check in/check out was very easy, and the property had everything we needed.

It was a comfortable stay and had everything we needed for our family of four. It was walking distance to the beach and our kids had fun at the pool onsite as well.

This apartment became our peaceful home base during our family trip to Maui. It is clean, comfortable, and stocked with conveniences like a washer/dryer, beach chairs, and a full kitchen. It is quiet and private. The communal swimming pool was great fun in the evenings after a long day exploring the island. We really loved the Kihea beaches and community, especially the chickens!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Very clean condo in peaceful, central location. Beautiful beaches within walking distance to swim or watch sunset. Great food options nearby also. A definite favorite choice for location. Joe was very communicative.

Wanted close to beach More than one bath

Having previously stayed in Maui 8 times, this by far was the nicest place I have stayed! Great location across the street from Charley Young Beach. The condo had beach chairs, towels, and a cooler bag which made our trips to the beach perfect! The property was constantly being well kept my maintenance including the pool and hot tub. 10 out of 10 will stay here again!

We planned to hike and snorkel and the condo was perfect for accessing all of Maui in the 10 days we were there. The condo had everything we needed - fully equipped kitchen/bathroom - pools and hot tub access. The condo was very clean.

The condo is very tastefully remodeled and fully furnished with everything you can possibly want, kitchen supplies, appliances, beach gear and so on.Also it’s at the far end of the building so there is virtually zero noise from the road which is a big plus.The location is within walking distance to shopping, cafes and restaurants and ajust cross from the beach.We hope to stay here again.

The property was just a 3 minute walk to a great beach. Wonderful morning swims and a cool pool.

Pleasantly surprised of a well equipped vacation rental, you name it they have it. Kitchen supplies, bathroom fully supplied, bedrooms all have TVs a place for everything you need. And all the fun toys to use at the beach. And management was top notch!! Too many things to list, trust me you will enjoy your stay.

This rental was amazing. Everything was super clean and newly renovated. Having a washer and dryer was great. Rooms are spacious and private and each person gets a full bathroom. No complaints!

Loved the location and quiet complex. Centrally located and across the street from a great beach. The unit is towards the rear so away from the main road and very peaceful. Unit is nice and had everything we needed.

Excellant vacation accomadations, Everthing was as seen in the listing. Restaurant, shopping, and beaches all within walking distance. Minor glitch with door lock entry was solved quickly by owners. Rental unit and entire complex clean and well maintained. Communications with hosts Joe and Virginia were excellant from start to finish. All Features and appliances worked flawlessly. Included beach chairs , beach towels, umbrellas and coolers were greatly appreciated. Would definately book this property again on our next visit to Maui. Mahalo.

Great place for two couples as they each have own room and bathroom. We didn’t cook much but could with all the appliances and kitchen stuff. The beds are very comfortable. Host very responsive and proactive. Quiet place that is walking distance to several restaurants and beaches.

Check in waa a little off. Code wouldnt work but manager got back to us and we were good. Lots of access to anything you want in walking distance.. there is a pool but was not working during our stay. Very clean. Lots of beach access right across the street.

We would consider staying here again.
