Begin the day with a coffee on your private lanai overlooking the grounds while scoping out the best spot to relax poolside. The beautifully decorated kitchen has all the amenities guests desire to satisfy their cravings. The full kitchen has modern appliances such as a large refrigerator, oven, four-burner stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and dishwasher. There is plenty of counter space for many guests to participate in meal preparation while enjoying conversation in the open-floor layout.
Tasteful tropical décor is consistent throughout this 818-square-foot space. The dining room features beautiful chairs with palm tree accents and has seating for our around a glass table top. The living room has a flat-screen cable TV and offers guests two chairs and a couch that converts into a sofa bed. From the lanai throughout the living space, guests can enjoy tiled flooring except in the bedroom, that features imitation wood flooring.
The master bedroom allows guests to unpack and settle in because it has a five-drawer dresser and two nightstands with drawers. The inviting king bed has four plush pillows and soothing tropical floral accents which encourage a peaceful night sleep. In the master bedroom is a flat-screen cable TV, clock/radio, phone, and a window curtain.
This living space sleeps up to four guests and enables guests to begin the day enjoying their bathroom routines. There are two full-bathrooms which is perfect for families or friends traveling together. One bathroom has a glass vessel bathroom sink with plenty of counter space on either side, and features earth tones in the walk-in floor-to-ceiling glass shower. The second bathroom has a similar design concept with a traditional bathroom sink and has space for toiletries. The second shower is a walk-in floor-to-ceiling glass shower.
Vacationing on Maui does not get better than at a condo resort that offers guests 15 acres of gardens, waterfalls, and ponds. The property has four tennis courts, a pool deck, jet spa, gym, BBQ area, and an activities desk. The property is within walking distance of Kamaole Beach Park III, perfect for an early morning swim in the Pacific Ocean.
Kamaole Sands is located near golf clubs, shops in Wailea, snorkel options in La Perouse Bay, and local brews at the Maui Brewing Company.

Kamaole Sands is a wonderful property steps away from public beaches and lots of shopping. Centrally located so seeing the island was easy. Excellent staff and impeccable grounds made this a great location. However, little owner details that were missing just gave a wrong first impression. Unlike the other two units rented by family members our unit only provided a single dishwasher pod for over a week’s stay. This is probably why some of the wine glasses were put away dirty by someone. We left an entire bag of pods for the next guests. I hope they are still there when they arrive. A little blip in an otherwise wonderful stay.
The Condo was as advertised. Nice view of the ocean, pool, and garden. A few problems, but nothing serious. The cold water doesn't work on the kitchen faucet, and the closet doors in the bedroom were falling off. Overall, it was a great unit, close to the beach, and a great view. Although we chose to drive to better beaches in Wailea. One thing worth noting; the closest store or restaurant is 4 blocks away, and then it is very limited. Stop at Safeway on your way in and stock up. The pool is nice and kept at a good temperature. You can just walk right in without freezing.
Clean unit and great location. Our stay was in mid October and had a perfect view of the sunset from the lani.
Great place to stay, highly recommended.
