Nestled on the second floor with breathtaking views, our recently remodeled rental unit offers a seamless blend of modern comfort and coastal tranquility. Enjoy stunning vistas from the lanai, overlooking a beautiful green belt with large trees, lush green grass, and ocean views. Our unit is just 50 steps away from Maui’s renowned Charley Young Beach—known for its pristine sands and turquoise waters—ensuring easy access to one of the island's most beautiful beaches.
Inside our spacious 750 sqft unit (also elevator accessible), you'll find two well-appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms, designed with relaxation and convenience in mind:
- Master Bedroom: Features a plush queen-size bed and an attached private full bath with a walk-in shower and luxurious rainshower head.
- Second Bedroom: Includes a high-end queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. A second bathroom, located adjacent, provides perfect privacy for both bedrooms.
- Additional Sleeping Arrangements: The living room includes a sofa with a very comfortable queen-size mattress, allowing the unit to accommodate up to six guests comfortably.
Both bathrooms are beautifully tiled and feature walk-in showers with rainshower heads. We've stocked them with high-quality towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and all the essentials to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals, from modern appliances and cookware to ample counter space. Whether you’re making a quick breakfast before a day at the beach or cooking a gourmet dinner to enjoy on the lanai, our kitchen has you covered.
For your convenience, we provide a full range of amenities, including kitchen towels, detergent, and softener for the washing machine. Beach lovers will appreciate the comprehensive set of gear available for their use: chairs, towels, kids' toys, beach shoes, boogie boards, a cooler, a mat, a life jacket, and snorkeling gear with fins.

We actually have been renting this unit since 2022 on the other short term rental site with excellent customer reviews (4.94/5.0 reviews). You can see the screenshot of our reviews in the photos. We are a SUPER HOST at airb-n-b. This unit is one of the top 5 highest rated units in its vicinity. We just decided to expand our listing to vrbo and this is why we don't have many reviews here yet.

This was a great VRBO. Great location! Hosts proactively send you all nearby activities, beaches, places to eat. Really appreciated hosts reaching out with a list of things we did not need to pack since this place offers so much!The place is nice and clean. Wonderful water pressure in the showers, full kitchen. AC works great. Wonderful welcome gift and wine. So close and walkable distance to beach and eateries, convenience stores etc. We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler. Kids really enjoyed the boogie boards and games. Nice to have assigned parking spots and wash down areas in the lot. We appreciated being able to do laundry. The washer in our unit had issues but hosts came up with solution for us to use laundry in a nearby unit. Hosts were great at working with us on options on late checkout since we had a red eye flight out. This helped us a lot as we got to enjoy one last full relaxing day in Maui and washing up before heading out for a long flight.

This is a great spot. We were pleasantly surprised by its access to not just the beach, but also the South Maui Gardens. That was a charming surprise for us to find! The hosts were easy to get a hold of and very responsive. We would recommend this place and will keep it on our shortlist, should we have an opportunity to return to Maui.
The view was not quite ocean view because the trees had grown in since photos were last taken, but we didn't mind because it was a 5 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Kihei. Also walking distance to great food options. Apartment offered plenty of extra amenities to make our stay very convenient. We would come back!
